Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from right of way with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (without Tippers). as per MORT&H specification clause no-305. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MORT&H specification clause no 406. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm (SS2 bitumen emullsion) using mechanical means. as per MORT&H specification clause no 502. including cost of emulsion & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per MORT&H specification clause no 503. including bitumen & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading-II with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent (VG-40) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 B complete in all respects. including royality, bitumen & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent (VG-40) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 B complete in all respects. including royality, bitumen & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. as per MORT&H specification clause no-304. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. as per MORT&H specification clause no-12.04. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets . as per MORT&H specification clause no-2900 for 1000 mm dia NP3 . including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and MORT&H specification clause no-13.01.1300 & 2200 including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & Concrete pump, Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and MORT&H specification clause no-12.08, 1500, 1700 & 2100 Case-I. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and MORT&H specification clause no-1600. including labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per MORT&H specification clause no-13.02. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per MORT&H specification clause no-13.03. including royality & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
