Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

Providing & fixing at all floors, at all heights, company pressed 2 X 12.5 mm thick Fire rated Gypboard Panels of make Gyproc or equivalent on steel tube frame with the help of Gyproc metal to metal self drilling/ tapping screws/fastners at spacing of 60 cm C/C of approved make, or Dry wall screws of required size at every 60 cm c/c . Finally edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc Pro-Fill Jointing compound, (Conforming to ASTM C475) Gyproc Joint Paper tape or fibre tape. The junction of the partition with masonry & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti/Pyroplex fire and acoustic sealant. Proper tapping and jointing to be done using fibre mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish (cost of steel frame work to be paid separately) The rate includes all the material & labour & scaffolding required for all above process (Except Steel tube frame) .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content.

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :

Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanized ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia. Double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2 ), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia. Polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame, concrete/masonry etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
