Providing and Fitting of mechanical Control Valves for WSS Well No.01 and 10 of Sub-Division Peripheral

Replacement of damaged non functional 80 mm dia: Non Return Valve (NRV) at below mentioned WSS’s by way of Providing , Fitting, Testing & commissioning of NRV of following specifications:- Make :- Any reputed make confirming to IS: 5312 standards Rating :- PN 1.6 Material of construction :- D.I Inlet & out let Dia:- 80mm Type:- Bolted Cover , Swing Type Check Valve. Suitable for:- Clear water up to 45° C and 5000 ppm turbidity other fluids. The NRV must have the drain plug disk, fully covered with rubber (EPDM) approval seal on both sides with integrated rubber joint projected against overload. The NRV must be double flanged/Butt weld end.The NRV must have the inside & outside epoxy blue colour coating for corrosion protection. The job includes removing of old damaged non- functional 80mm dia: NRV from the delivery line of below mentioned WSS’s. The job includes Providing and Fitting of necessary Nuts /Bolts , rubber gaskets & other allied fittings required as per the site requirement. The Job includes all transport & freight charges up to the site of work. The tools, tackles, men & machinery are to be arranged by the executing firm. The item must include manufactures test certificate clearly stating the testing pressure and MOC. The site /WSS of work are:- 1.) WSS Well No:- 1 2.) WSS Well No:- 10

Replacement of damaged non functional 80 mm dia: Sluice Valve at below mentioned WSS’s, by way of Providing , Fitting, Testing & commissioning of Sluice Valve of following specifications:- Make :- Any reputed make confirming to IS: 14846 standards Rating :- PN 1.6 Material of construction :- D.I Inlet & out let Dia:- 80mm Operation:- Manual Type:- Flanged,Spindle Type Material of Spindle :- Stainless Steel Suitable for:- Clear water up to 45° C and 5000 ppm turbidity other fluids. The Sluice Valve must have the drain plug disk, fully covered with rubber (EPDM) approval seal on both sides with integrated rubber joint projected against overload. The Sluice Valve must have the inside & outside epoxy blue colour coating for corrosion protection.
