M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition old brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc (any thickness) including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, with integral waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including preperation of surfaces and applying three coats of whitewash, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces, preparing and making the surfaces smooth and applying two or more coats of approved shade 100% premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, having VOC content less than 50 gm/litre and conforming to IS 15489:2004, possessing UV, alkali, fungal and dirt resistance properties, applied @ 1.43 litres per 10 sqm, over and including one coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 sqm, over & including 3mm thick weather proof exterior wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces, preparing and making the surfaces smooth, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade over a coat of primer over & including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

M & L for non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles, mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by Engineer-in-charge), area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles, mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.
