Repairing and Maintenance of DSS Quarters at Kamorta for a period of one year.

Providing and laying cement concrete CC 1 :2 : 4 (1 Cement,2 main land river sand, 4 stone chips of size 20mm size) in all CC works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, stone chips and mainland river sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator curing, excluding cost of fabrication charges of steel reinforcement, centering & shuttering charges which will be paid seperately. but including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site and minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator GST& Labour cess etc complete .

Taking out shutters of doors/windows including stacking of materials with in lead of 30 Mtr. Disposing unusable materials etc., including cost of all labour charges minor tools etc., complete.

Providing wood work (Superior Harwood Category II) in frames of faise ceiling, partitions etc., shawn and put up in possition. including cost of timber transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools etc complete.

Providing and fixing pannaled or panneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clestory windows including black enammeled Aluminium Butt Hinge 10 Cm with necessary screws excluding pannelling which will be paid for separately. 40mm Thick SHW

Providing and fixing pannelling or pannelling and plywood in pannelled or pannelled and plywood shutter doors, windows and clestory windows (Area of opening for pannel inserts excluding portions inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Pannelled or pannelled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick.

Painting two coats with S.E. Paint over one coat of primer, of approved brand and colour over steel surface work so as to give even shade & as directed by EIC, including cost of paint, primer, brush, scaffolding charges, labour charges and transportation charges of all materials to work site,GST& Labour cess etc complete.

Plastering in C,M. in 1:4(1Cement 4 River sand) mix 12 mm thick floated hard trowelled smooth both sides of wall including cost of cement, scaffolding all labour charges, curing, all other materilas ,transportation of materials, cost of river sand, minor tools etc, complete.

Two coat of Distempering with oil bound washable distember of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade & as directed by EIC, including cost of all Paint,brush, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Painting two coats with Anti Fungal paint of approved brand and colour over old plastered surface so as to give even shade & as directed by EIC, including cost of Anti fungal Paint,brush, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Cutting and removing grass and removal of the vegetation upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared and including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST & Labour cess etc complete.

Attending the periodical cleaning of septic tank and Inspection chamber as whene requred as per the direction of EIC,and minor tools etc complete.

Engaging of labour for maintenance works and other works that are nonsusceptible to measurement such as cleaning of drainage system, cleaning of roof terrace to avoid water stagnation over roof slab, trimming of tree branches spreading over roof, monor repair works of plumbing and carpentry works as and when required and as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges minor tools etc., complete.
