First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coar sand 1.25 M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work.

12 mm thick plaster with cement and Coar sand of 2.20 fineness les in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. cluding supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. equired for proper completion of the work.

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

MS or iron work of MS Gril & Stair case railling and section such as holding down, bolts, hold fast, tie roads grating etc wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc.

Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work with Cement approved coarse sand and 2 .(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels fo doors and windows excluding supply of nforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary ring and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding cost of Binding wire.
