(a) Unifilter Plant (25 HP- 06 Nos. & 10 HP 5 Nos.) (i) Cleaning of Suction Strainer of 25 HP PUMP-6 Nos.(One No. Strainer every Day) (ii) Gland packing of 25 HP Pump-6 Nos(One No.Pump every Week) (iii) Greasing of bearings of above pump (once in a week) (iv) Gland Packing of 10HP Pump-5 Nos (One No.Pump every Week) (v) General Servicing of pumps including replacement of Bearing/shaft etc. as required (a) 25 HP Pump ( One No. pump every month) (b) 10HP Pump (One No. pump every month) (As per the condition of Pump) (b) Surface Water Pump House(25HP Pump- 3 Nos) (i)Gland packing of 25 HP Pump- 3 Nos(One No.Pump every Week) (ii) Foot valve repairs of 25 HP Pump(As per the condition) (iii)Greasing of bearings of above pump (once in a week) (iv)General Servicing of pumps including replacement of Bearing/shaft etc. as required (One No. pump every month) (c) Pumps at Erector Hostel (04 Nos.) (i)Gland packing of Pump -4 Nos (One No.Pump every Week) (ii) Checking of oil level & attending oil leakage, if any- 4Nos (As per the condition of pump) (iii) General Servicing of pumps including replacement of Bearing/ shaft etc. as required (One No. pump every month) (d) Domestic Water System at WT-II Plant PH-II (Domestic Water Pump- 4 Nos) (i) Daily general checking of domestic water pumps, filters, pipe lines and attending the defect if any (ii) Weekly Gland packing, bearing greasing of all domestic water pump. (iii) Fortnightly complete servicing of all domestic water pump

Complete Overhauling , Servicing & In-situ repair of HP Domestic Sand Filter (Total 06 nos.) installed at Unifilter Plant outside Power House Premise & WT Plant-II, STPS,Sarni The Job Includes. (a) Complete Overhauling & Servicing of HP Domestic Sand Filters including replacement of Nozzles, Fasteners and Gaskets. (b) In-situ complete repair of Filters, including welding of patches in shell/filter plate/disch plate welding of channels/Angles etc below Filter plate. (c) Double coat painting outside the Filter using Enamel Paint and Inner surface double coat painting using Blue Green Paint.
