External Electrification

Supply and Fixing of Flameproof LED street light fitting of 30W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish, fixing on street light pole with the suitable size of GI tube and clamps, bolts & nuts etc. complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix HDGI Octagonal pole 7 Meter height having top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 130 mm and thickness 3 mm, single Arm bracket made of 40NB GI Pipe, 4 Nos 'J' type foundation bolts of dia 16 mm and 450 mm long with base plate, HT sheet alongwith base plate 200X200X12mm Note - PCC/RCC foundation will be measured seperately under respective items

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 Cum for erection of poles, removing the excevated materials to distance not exceeding 50 meter and providing PCC bed and RCC foundation as per following including form work (i) PCC BED - 450 mm X 450 mm X 100 mm (ii) RCC Column - 400 mm X 400 mm X 1300 mm, M20 Design, using 6 Nos 12 mm Steel Bar

Supply & installation of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 12.5 meter in two section confirming to BSEN 10025, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 360 mm, with 2/3 wire rope system of motor operated lowering & lifting of lights, necessary electric control panel & Trailing as per the OEM specifications and its accessories to suitable for loading 04 nos 70w LED Lights (againest Item No 14), including foundation bolts and RCC/PCC foundation as per OEM recommendations all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Flood light 70 W IP 65, pressurer die cast alluminium housing with toughend glass, fixing arrangements on the high mast all as specified and as directed. Confirming to cat No LFL-70-CDL/60-M of crompton or equivallent in Bajaj/ Philips. (For fixing on High Mast)

DG Set

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory,assembled diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure) of capacity - 40 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standared accessories and fittings confirming to engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel, vibration pads, PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. The genset shall conform to CPCB norms for noise and emission limits and including the following :-

(a) Alternator:- Standard design alternator rated at 40 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type. (b) DIESEL ENGINE :- Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder,multistrocke, direct injection cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and requied for safe running anf opeation with accessories shall be as under :-

(i) Flywheel (ii) Air cleaner wet/dry type (iii) Fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl. injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) 12 volts staring system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/generator with regulator starter motor, starter gear (ix) Exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia. (x) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, engine RPM, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure and over speed of engine including electronic governing. (xi) Battery charging system with suitable capacitybattery charger complete with necessary connecting leads etc all as directed

(xii) Cooling (xiii) Fuel Hoses (xiv) Inbuilt fuel tank of 10 h\Hrs run of full load capacity of DG set. (xv) Air intake system (xvi)Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's instructions. (xvii) Extension of exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia from out side canopy to out side of building /shedall covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil f 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without without transering vibrations to buildings/walls, flxible exhaust pipe complete.

(ix) O/L relay. (x) CTs set of 3 - 1 set. (xi) Load on DG Indicator - 1 No. (xii) Load on Mains Indicator - 1 No. (xiii) Mains ON Indicator - 1 No (xiv) DG On Indicator - 1 No. (xv) Digital Multifunctional meter 01 Nos. (xvi) Supply and lay control cable LT 1100 volt PVC insulated armoured heavy duty copper conductor of suitable size multicore from DG set to AMF panel. (xvii) Any other components/parts as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by GE required for entire completion of the item.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, including provision of GI earth strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for GI strip protection connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board, provision of 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover with 6 Nos x 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of Schedule Part-I 2009 all as specified and as directed.
