Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size stone ships ( One stone cement, one half mainland river sand & three mainland stone chips of size 2cm graded) in all RCC works as directed by EIC, including cost of cement ,cost of mainland stone chips and mainland stone sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator curing, all labour charges, transporation charges of all materails to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator etc.,including GST, cess etc complete.

Providing form work including centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish, strutting and propping etc., and removal of the same from reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as directed by the Engineer In Charge, including cost of centering and shuttering, all labour charges, cost of all materials, cost of transporation charges of all materials to work site, cost of ballies and cost of minor tools including GST, cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing mild/cold twisted steel reinforcements for RCC works including cost of MS Rods,cost of all labour charges for transportation of steel to work site,cutting, bending,binding and placing in position and cost of binding wire, scaffolding charges ,including GST, cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing 20 cm thick masonary with Hollow block of size 0.40 X 0.20 X 0.20 mtrs cast with Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three mainland river sand and six 11.2 mm mainland stone chips), curing, fixing with CM 1:4 in walls , including cost of cement, cost of crushed stone sand, all labour charges for making hollow blocks, curing, conveying and fixing the same, cost of wooden plallets, hire charges of hollow block making machine , transporation charges of all materials to work site, scaffolding and cost of minor tools including GST, Cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing 10 cm thick masonary with Hollow block of size 0.40 X 0.10 X 0.10 mtrs cast with Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three mainland river and six 11.2 mm stone chips), curing, fixing with CM 1:4 in walls , including cost of cement, cost of crushed stone sand, all labour charges for making hollow blocks, curing, conveying and fixing the same, cost of wooden plallets, hire charges of hollow block making machine , transporation charges of all materials to work site, scaffolding and cost of minor tools including GST, Cess etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar in 12mm thick with 1:4 ( one cement and four mainland river sand) cement mortar as directed by EIC, including cost of cement, cost of mainland river sand, all labour charges, transporation charges of all materials in work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants including GST, Cess etc., complete.

Painting with two coat of antifungal exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and one coat of cement primer on new surface to give an shade including cost of cement primer & antifungal exterior emulsion of standard manufacturer, paint, brush, cost of other materials , scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, transporation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools,including GST, Cess etc. complete.

Painting two coats washable distemper and one coat cement primer including oil bound by washing as directed by the EIC, including cost of primer, paint, brush, all other materials, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges and minor tools, including GST, cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitreous Floor tiles (600 x 600 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like laid on 20mmm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement, 4 mainland river sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigmet including GST, Cess etc. complete.

Providing and laying Ist quality Ceramic glazed anti skid Floor tiles (300 x 300 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) confirming to IS 13753 of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make, laid on 20mmm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement, 4 mainland river sand)including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigmet including GST, Cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colour, of any size as approved by EIC in skirting, rises of steps and dados ove 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement, 3 mainland river sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3KG / sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including GST, Cess etc.complete

Providing and fixing anodised aluminimum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws of with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and skles with required PVC / neoprene felt etc.. aluminimum sections shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminumum strap beading for glazing / pannelling, CP brass / stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (Galzing and panneling to be paid for separately) including GST and cess etc complete. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window ventilator , shutters and partitions etc. with PVC neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of EIC ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). including GST & cess etc complete. With glass panes of 5.5mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00Kg/Sqm)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated three layor medium density (exterior grade) particle boad Grade 1. Type II conforming to IS : 12823 bonded with phenol formaldyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/stainless steel screw etc.complee as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge including GST & cess etc complete. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing solid PVC panelled door of ISI mark of approved brand with 3mm thick and frame provided with 5mm thick PVC, including cost of all materials, all fittings, all labour charges, transportation charges and minor tools including GST, cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work (with minium 15 micron uniform anodic coating) consisting of tee/angle section , of approved make conforming to IS;733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessaryC.P.brass/stainless steel sunk screws aluminium perimetre angles fixed to wall with rawl plugs @ 450mm center to center and fixing the frame work to level adjusting angles (6mm dia M.S rods) with necessay cadminum plated machine screws all complete as per approved arichitectural drawings and direction of the EIC including GST, cess etc complete (level adjusting angles , ceiling cleats and expension hold fastner to be paid for separately).

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers, GST, cess etc. complete.

Painting 2 coats with synthetic enamel on steel surface as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all materials like paint, brushes, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges and minor tools, GST, cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation 63 mm total coated thickness (TCT), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS:277 in approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.05 mm. 240 mpa mm steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including GST, cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Aluminum rain water gutter around the building including cutting holes and making good the same as directed by Engineer in charge, including cost of M.S flat, transporation charges of all materials to the work site. including GST, cess etc complete.

Providing and fixing of PVC/HCI (110 mm dia -ISI marked) pipe line and fittings for rain water line and sanitary line, including cost of pipe, all labour charges, transporation charges of all materials to worksite including GST, cess etc complete.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). including GST cess etc complete.

Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of Thermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings,as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm.(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement including GST, cess etc complete.
