Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

All Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3 Qualification Information to satisfactorily completed (at least 25 percent of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work value not less than Rs. 60.25 Lakhs (usually not less than 50percent estimated value of contract

All Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3 Qualification Information to qualify for Award of this Contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved in at least One Financial Years a minimum Financial Turnover (in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction Works only) of Rs. 240.94 lakhs. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be iven a Weightage of 10percent per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26.

Availability by owning at least 50 percent of the following Key and Critical Equipment for this Work and the remaining 50 percent can be deployed on Lease / Hire Basis for all Works provided the Relevant Documents (Purchase Invoice in case of owning, Commitment Agreement in case of Lease / Hire Basis) for Availability for this Work are furnished. Further, Tenderer applying for more than one Package shall demonstrate the resource separately for each package such as 1) Wheel mounted Hydraulic Excavator 2 Nos. Own/Lease, 2) Hydraulic Excavator (chain mounted / long boom excavator / robotic Excavator 2 nos Own-1, Lease-1, 3) Tippers with Hydraulic doors and Gasket Arrangements 4 Nos, Own-2, Lease-2, 4) Tractor 4 Nos Own-2, Lease-2

Should not have undergone Financial Loss in the last five Financial Years. In support of this, the Tenderer shall submit Reports on the Financial Standing of the Tenderer, such as Profit and Loss Statements and Auditors Reports for the last Five Years

Liquid Assets and / or availability of Credit Facilities of no less than Rs.40.20 lakhs (Credit Lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates from Banks for meeting the Fund Requirement, In the case of the death of a Contractor after executing the Agreement / Commencement of the Work, his Legal Heir, if an Eligible Registered Contractor and willing, can execute and complete the work at the accepted Tender Rates irrespective of the Cost of the Work

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum Qualifying Criteria, will only be qualified, if their available Tender Capacity is more than the total Tender Value. The available Tender Capacity will be calculated as under Assessed Available Tender Capacity is AxNx1.5 B Where A is Maximum Value of Civil Engineering Works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 Price Level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the Works for which Tenders are invited, 6 months. B is Value at 2025-26 Price Level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 12 months
