Taking down carefully U/S aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, light fittings etc , removing all material for reuse/ issued under sch of credit and making good the distrubed surface as the existing one, complete all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable DBs including MCCBs/MCBs complete issued under sch of credit and making good the distrubed surface as the existing one, complete all as directed.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any type and size complete all as specified and directed .

M &L for Point wiring complete with Multi stranded copper conductor size 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed,FRLS cable , 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 694 multistranded , drawn in rigid PVC type conduit concealed in walls / floors/ ceiling etc with and including metal flush boxes of suitable size and modular white plate with frame for mounting of fittings, modular type switches, regulator and also including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable green in colour as continuous earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly,cutting chasis to the wall s/ floors/ ceiling and repairing with existing surface after work ,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the ceiling fan complete of any type and size from the various buildings and cleaning, servicing, greasing to bearings checking of nuts bolts , safety split pin, bushes , capacitor and complete testing after painting the ceiling fan ,blades ,down rod etc and refixing the site / bldg with complete connection all as directed and specified by Engr in charge. Note :- Expendable stores like cotton waste/cleaning materials, grease, lubricants, machine screws, safety split pin, bots/nuts and transportation to and from site to work place are deemed to be included in rate quoted

Dismantling all components of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, cutting and removing burnt out copper wining from the rotor assy and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and turns with necessary insulation materials , varnishing, reassembling , greasing to bearing , replacing bushes, replacment of capacitor and complete testing all as directed. Note:- (a) The spares like ball bearing, capacitor and GM bush required for repair the ceiling fan will be measured and paid separately under respective item. Taking down defective geyser/ storage water heater of any pattern/ capacities from existing position/place comprising of the following tasks:- (a) Inspectin ,taking down (dismantling) , descalling , brushing, cleaning of storage tank & painting internally with one coat of proprietary bitumnous composition not liable to impart taste or odour or otherwise contaminated water (b) Examine water tightness of storage tank after cleaning (c) Carryout operation of all stopcock, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of the working parts (d) Replace washers and glands of all taps & ball valves to ensure water tigtness. M & L for painting external part of the geyser body at site/ existing position with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler , one coat after cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

S & Fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one No 20 Amps MCB SP C curve type with complete connection all as directed and specified.

Note : Above work / Item will be operated / execauted on as per planning / breake down and user requirment basis,so contractor will depute their man power as per requirment basis as directed by JE/Engr in Charge on telephoncally . No extra cost will provided to the contractor.
