Opening the submersible pump and motor of any capacity for inspection/repairs and reassembling the same after carrying out repairs/replacement of worn out/ unserviceable spares with new ones, including cleaning and applying one coat of approved spray painting on exposed steel surfaces and replacing the packing bolts, mild steel clamps etc., with new ones and making the pump and motor fully functional including necessary machining work, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Note: Spares replaced will be measured as supply only. Quoted Rate shall be deemed to include cost of rewinding.

Lowering the submersible pumpset removed under Sl item No.107 above after carrying out repairs to the pumpset including connecting up of all electrical and water connections, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Flushing of the bore well to any depth with the compressed air continuously to remove complete loose soil, silt, sludge etc, till the clear water is obtained to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed.

Rewinding the submersible motor of capacity upto 5HP with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge and same number of turns as that of existing including tying the winding and connecting the coils and bringing the connections as that of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Making functional existing conventional type Water Level Indicator of UG sump by dismantling and replacing the following: i) Water Level Indicator of 18feet length fabricated out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 3mm, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer and marking letters in white glossy paint upto 15feet with size of letters / numbers not less than 9" all as per existing pattern.

Supplying and fixing new copper float ball of 300mm and mild steel pointer connected with stainless steel wire ropes through brass pulley fixed on angle iron support so as to slide and indicate the water level in the sump.
