Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of on grid type solar power plant of capacity 15.6 kWp, PV Technology module, multicrystalline structure made out of MS Hot dip galvanised, solar module on structure Galvalume with fixed tilt mounting, the solar PV module layout is proposed assuming the standard mounting practice on Roof top, plant sizing AC to DC ratio considered 1:1.15 & assumed that peak sun shine available at given site requirement and fixed as per manufacturere's instructions including the following all as specified and directed. (Available area 200 Sqm ; location of bldgs-Bldg No-55 at Ava hill and Bldg No-VII/A at Barracks square of MRC Wellington).

(a) 15.6 kWp grid connected system (on grid type) (b) Solar module 325Wp multicrystalline silicon cells - 48 nos. As per IEC Standard 61215 / IS 14286. The module shall be made in India only. (c) Module mounting structure (GI Angle) (fixed tilt - 30 degree)-1 set. (d) Grid interactive solar Inverter inbulit of DCDB box 24 volts and string comb box -PCU (1x15.6KW, 415 V AC, 50Hz, MPPT) - 01 No. (e) AC Distribution board with Multi data meter - 01 No. (f) 1Core x 4 qmm PVC Cu cable (Array interconnection to inverter) - 360 metres approximate. (g) 4 core x 10 sqmm, PVC Cu cable (Inverter to ACDB) - 10 metres approximate. (h) 4 core x 10 sqmm, Armoured Aluminium cable (ACDB to LT Panel) - 25 metre approximate. (j) Multicontact male cable coupler - 2 Nos. k) Multicontact female cable coupler - 2 Nos.

(l) Earthing kit (Chemical) with Copper pipe electrode (PiP technology) with Ion Filled Crystalline conductive compounds, buried vertically at a depth of 2 metres in ground without hammering the electrode and fill the Back Fill Compound chemical(Electrodite) up to 100 mm all around the electrode and removing the air gap by watering in BFC compound and construction of PCC chamber with cover as per standards and testing the earth pit as per latest IS specifications- (2 Nos Earthing) (m) GI Earthing Strip (25mm x 3mm) - 120 metres approximate. (n) Lightning protection system, Franklin type, confiming to IS-2309/IEC-62305, Copper rod, 45 degree angle of protection at 15 mtr height, 1360 mm long on 25mm dia pipe with base plate of 70mm x 70mm x 4mm thick - 1 set. (o) PVC Copper cable 4 sqmm single core Earthing cable - 360 metres approximate.

Notes applicable to Item No 1.0 :- (i) The Installation of solar power plant to be carried out on roof top of bldgs. (ii) The damage to the bldg during installation to be made good and deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) In addition to the above, all necessary items necessary to run the plant are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Necessary PCC foundation for holding the solar panel structure deemed to be included quoted rate. (v) The rate deemed to be included necessary made good the disturbed portion of the roof/building. (vi)The strcuture designed should be suitable for Wellington military station wind and weather condition. (vii) The system suitable for 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC system. (viii) The solar panels/ module shall be only manufactured in India. (ix) The rate should be deemed to include all ancillary items like PCC,blocks,cement,aggregates,gusset plate,nut & bolts etc required for complete the fix module mounting structure. (x) The rate shall be deemed to include all the cost of required qty of MMS which works out as per design of solar plant.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick .etc complete as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean sand excavated, riddled and dried, filled in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection in trenches / ducts complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The punned down thickness shall only be measured)

Material and labour for brick sub class 'B' to be laid over dry sand cushinoing in trenches as protection to cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay 40mm bore GI tubes light grade with all fittings for passing through cables laid underground, on walls, floors, etc all as specified and as directed.
