Supplying, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning DI pipe 200 mm dia as per IS-8329-2000, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining, with sulphate resistant cement spigot & socketed ends, laid including DI fittings with rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CI/ DI Pipe fittings such as Tees, bends, any type, radius and angle/tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs of size 200 to 300 mm bore conforming to IS: 1538-1993 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing cast Iron Sluice Valve of sizes 200mm ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing cast Iron Sluice Valve of sizes 300mm ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for construction of valves pit chamber having dimension of 120 cm X 120cm x 120cm (internal height ) using PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crused stone aggregate for foundation & 15 cms thick rendering in cm (1:4) and 23 cm thick brick wall CM (1:4), 10mm thick rendering all around the brick workin cement mortor 1: 6 on internal surface of pit, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggergate coping for grouting MS frame including 3 mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arragnement, MS frame made out of 40 X 40X 6mm thick angle iron including painting the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation in any type soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs all as specified and shown on drg No CWE (U)/D-1/86 sheet No 1/1.

M&L for excavation in any type of soil through trenches technology by HDD (Horizontal directional drilling method) including preparing amd setting up the plant and equipment. Preparing new pipe work material included all related civil work and mechanical work like excavation, shoring/strutting etc drilling, stringing, reaming and pulling back the new pipe work on the path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and ground penetrating radar survey to protect any existing utilities at he pipe installation location restoration of site after completion all inclusive as pet and STT IS No 2.3.2.2.2.2. second edition 2008 code of practice for trenches technology suiting Indian condition for making horizontal bore of size upto 400 mm dia suitable for insertion of HDPE pipe 300mm nominal dia of 22 to 25 mm wall thickness of grade PE 80 for protection of mS pipe to any depth by manually or any means complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (i) MS pipe will be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Permission required from civil authority/department prior to executing the work is the responsibility of contractor and the cost for the same shall be deemed in unit rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. )

Supply, Laying, Jointing, Welding, Testing and Commisioning of MS Pipe (Heavy Class 'C') as per IS:1239, of 200mm bore 6mm thickness laid in trenches/ bore or in Horizontal/Vertical/Inclined position or laying in floors and passing through the trenchless complete including welding works/fittings all as specified and as directed. (Note:- MS flange and flange joints complete with but bolts packing shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of the items).
