Investigation & Survey, Design, Approval of detailed engineering drawings, Preparation of BoQs, estimate for the entire water supply system satisfying the Employer's Requirements
Schedule II : Intake Barge and Raw Water Pumping System :
Design, fabrication, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of Raw water intake Pumping system on Floating barge of minimum deck size 15 m x 6.25 m and 2.5 m Hull depth with I.S. grade 226 M.S. plate, Structural steel, wood etc, Assam Type Pump House of height 4.7 m over the deck with Steel truss, GI sheet, Aluminium Casement windows, internal and external painting, internal and external electrification and all other associated works as specified in various chapters of this document.
Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of all Mechanical works for installation on Floating barge deck including Pumping units, suction and delivery pipe works with control valves, loading/unloading system, ventilation system, fire fighting system and all other associated works as specified in chapter 7 of this document.
Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of all Electrical works for installation on Floating barge deck including elec. motor, electric cables, transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as specified in chapter 8 of this document.
Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of all Instrumentation works for installation on Floating barge deck including Flow measuring system ,pressure measuring system, measuring system, Quality control instruments, instrument wiring and all other associated works as specified in chapter 11 of this document.
Design, fabrication, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of M.S. Jetty of RCC and Steel works with hand rail for ascending to the Intake Barge with uniform dia Pile as tying arrangement for the Barge and all other associated civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation works as specified in various chapters of this document.
Construction of 1 no. single storied Assam type Building of minimum 36 Sq.m plinth area as per APWD Specification A for Utility cum Operators' Room for storage of flexible hoses, spare parts for pumps & motors etc. The cost shall include civil works, Pile foundation, site preparation, external finish, sanitary installation, internal water supply works, internal and external electrical works and all other associated works.
Design and Construction of One No. two storied (G+1) Building of minimum 110 Sq.m plinth area as per APWD Specification A for for accommodating 4 Nos. operating Staff (Pump Operator & Chowkider).The cost shall include civil works, Pile foundation, site preparation, Super-roof and Parapet, external finish, sanitary installation, internal water supply works, internal electrification , Campus illumination ,Site Development with Security Wall and Gate , Internal walkway, Landscaping and Arboriculture etc. and all other associated works.
Design, supply, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of 10.25 km long dedicated Power line from the APDCL Sub Station at Barbaruah to the Intake location for power requirement of 610 KW including installation of 235 Nos 9.75 m long PSC poles, conductor of 33.825 m length, 1 No.11/0.4 KV and 500 KVA Transformer including liaisoning and obtaining statutory approvals/ clearances etc and all accessories as specified in chapter- 8 of Specification for Pumping Station (Electrical).
Supplying including installation, testing and commissioning of Air/Water Cooled Diesel Generator set coupled to suitable alternator of minimum 400 KVA - 3 PHASE ,220/415 V, AC, 1/3-Phase 0.8 p.f.(la mounted on a 1) M.S. Fabricated base frame.,2) M.S. fuel tank of required capacity.,3) Residual Silencer.,4) AMF Control Panel.5) Suitable batteries with lead.,5) First fill of lube oil.,6) Acoustic Enclosure complete with all accessories for back-up Power supply at Raw water Intake Pumping units.
Design, supply, laying and testing of Raw water pumps delivery header main of min. 800 mm dia. x 6.0 m. long manifold type M.S. fabricated common header (barel febricated out of 12 mm Tk. plate and Flanges fabricated out of 25 mm Tk. Plate ) with 3 nos. 400 mm dia, 800 mm long flanged inlets (barel fabricated out of 10 mm Tk. plate and Flanges fabricated out of 20 mm Tk. plate) , 3 Nos 400 mm. dia. double aurmured flexible flanged rubber hoses conforming to relevant BIS specifications and of 3.0 m. standard length , one 800 mm dia. 1000 mm long flanged outlet (barel fabricated out of 12 mm Tk. plate and Flanges fabricated out of 20 mm Tk. plate) including internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel painting, One No. Air release Valve and all necessary nuts & bolts with washers, rubber insertion sheet etc and all accessories as specified in chapter- 7 of Specification for Pumping Station (Mechanical and Civil).
Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main :
Design, supply, laying and testing of approximate 5335 m long Raw Water transmission main with DI S/S ended pipe of minimum 800 mm dia as per IS-8329 with neoprene/ SBR 'O' ring gaskets ,DI and MS plain ended / flanged specials such as bend , tee , reducer / enlarger , end plug , socket , spigot , etc., all conforming to relevant BIS Standards .MS specials shall be fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate (20 mm thick flange) by Electric Arch welding all as per relevant BIS specification (with current amendment) including providing internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel paint as per specifications.
Supply, installation and testing of 12 Nos Double acting air valve CI DF 150 NB and PN 1.0 conforming to IS:14846 with isolating Sluice valve on Pumping main to allow adequate air transfer during operation, emptying and filling and shall be provided at every summit of the pipeline .
Supply, installation and testing of 2 Nos Sluice valve of CI DF 300 NB and PN 1.0 conforming to IS:14845 on valley of the pipeline to drain out the water. The valve shall be provided at such a distance and of such a size that the pipeline section can be emptied within 2 to 4 hours. After completion , pipe assembly shall be hydraulically tested.
Supply, installation and testing of 1 No Non-return valve of CI DF 800 NB and PN 1.0 conforming to IS standards with all necessary bolts , nuts, washers, gaskets etc.
Supply, installation and testing of Full Bore Electromagnetic Flowmeters (EMF) with ± 0.5% accuracy of flow measured during FAT and IP-68 protection including sensor, transmitter, surge arrestor, sensor/ transmitter cable, GI duct etc. for raw water flow measurement.
Analysis, design, manufacturing/construction and installation of surge protection devices as required shall be carried out for the Raw water pumping main.
Schedule IV : Water Treatment Plant Plant :
Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Process units like cascade type Areator, Flash Mixer, Clariflocculator, Rapid Gravity Filter, Filtered water channel as per minimum design data considerations as mentioned in Chapter-5 of Specification for Treatment Plant.
Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of all Process equipments like Agitator for Flash Mixer, Parshal flume for connecting channel, Clariflocculator bridge with scrapper and Agitator, Control valve, gates, LOH and ROH Indicator for Rapid Gravity Filter, as per minimum design data considerations and specifications as mentioned in Chapter-5 of Specification for Treatment Plant.
Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 No Elevated RCC Back Wash Water Storage Reservoir for of Capacity 250 cu.m for Filter back wash with all inlet, outlet, drain, overflow pipe works and control valves, Flow meter, level indicator and all other associated works as specified in various chapters of this document.
Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Clariflocculator waste collection tank for Sludge Disposal with all with all inlet, outlet, drain, overflow pipe works and control valves, Flow meter, level indicator and all other associated works as specified in various chapters of this document.
Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Filter back wash waste collection tank with all inlet, outlet, drain, overflow pipe works and control valves, Flow meter, level indicator and Assam type Pump house with pumping units, control valves with pipe works, control panel, internal lighting and all other associated mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works for recirculation to the Rapid Mixer of WTP.
Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of all internal connection & by-pass piping system including Valves and other appurtenances of dia range as required with pipes and specials such as bend, tee, reducer / enlarger, end plug, socket, spigot, etc., all conforming to relevant BIS Standards including all crossings.
Design and Construction of Chemical House with Alum and Lime solution tanks with all associated mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works and Laboratory with Instruments, furniture, reagents, glass wares etc. for Physical, chemical and Bacteriological water quality control.

Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of all Electrical, Instrumentation and Control system with SCADA works for installation in different process units of WTP including elec. motor, electric cables, transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as specified in chapter 8 of this document.
Design and construction of Internal Road / Path etc.; Landscaping & Arboriculture including Compound Illumination in the treatment plant site.
Land Development (raising low site to avoid flooding) & Security Wall with gate at Treatment Plant Location.
Approach Road to Treatment Plant Site from the nearby public road.
Schedule V : Clear Water Reservoir and Pumping System :
Design, construction, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of Clear water reservoir of 1500 cu.m capacity in two compartments for isolation during maintenance and dry pit type Pump house of adequate size and all other associated works as specified in various chapters of this document.
Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works for installation in Clear water Pump House including Pumping units, suction and delivery pipe works with control valves, loading/unloading system, ventilation system, fire fighting system and all other associated works as specified in chapter 7 of this document.
Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for installation in Clear water Pump House including electric motor, electric cables, transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc and all other associated works as specified in chapter 8 of this document.
Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Instrumentation works for installation in Clear water Pump House including Flow measuring system ,pressure measuring system, level measuring system, Quality control instruments, instrument wiring and all other associated works as specified in chapter 11 of this document.

Schedule VI : Clear Water Transmission main
Design, supply, laying, testing and commissioning of approximate 27178 m Clear Water transmission main of dia range 150 mm to 800 mm with DI S/S ended (K 9) pipe as per IS-8329 with neoprene/ SBR 'O' ring gaskets ,DI and MS plain ended / flanged specials such as bend , tee , reducer / enlarger , end plug , socket , spigot , etc., all conforming to relevant BIS Standards .MS specials shall be fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate (20 mm thick flange) by Electric Arch welding all as per relevant BIS specification (with current amendment) including providing internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel paint as per specifications.

Supply, installation and testing of 1 No 800 mm dia,1 No 700 mm dia,2 Nos 600 mm dia and 1 No 350 mm dia Sluice valve of CI DF of PN 1.6 conforming to IS:14845 at different locations on the pipeline to isolate a section for maintenance. The valve shall be provided at such a distance and of such a size that the pipeline section can be emptied within 2 to 4 hours. After completion , pipe assembly shall be hydraulically tested.
Supply, installation and testing of 1 No 300 mm dia,2 Nos 250 mm dia,2 Nos 200 mm dia and 1 No. 150 mm dia No Non-return valve of CI DF 800 NB and PN 1.6 conforming to IS standards with all necessary bolts , nuts, washers, gaskets etc
