Work of Opening/Disconnection of the main incoming LT power supply from the LT panel, racking out the breaker to ensure the HT (3.3KV) power is disconnected from all sources connected to FCMA Soft Starter Panels & arrangement of safety helmet etc to start the work.

Servicing and making functional 2 Pole Power contactors (3.3KV) and its Auxiliary contacts by Open the protector and rack it out of the main & feedback system of the panel & other connections connected in the control circuit of the panel by giving manual voltage to the coil of each contactor to check its working in control position without HT Supply and without Load& Measurement of circuit breaker closing and tripping time

Rectification of wiring of the control circuit of the complete panel & shifting of the terminals/taps as per load current/conditions in the FCMA unit tightness of the glands, lugs & crimping, fuse-link & fuse holders.

Servicing of bypass contactor (3.3 KV) in each panel , work includes opening of the terminal and coil and incoming & outgoing connections fixed with high tensile nut and bolts fixed and associated wiring of the auxiliary blocks & Measurement of circuit breaker closing and tripping time

Manual functional testing of the Panel & its associated indication of Start/Run/ Control On etc along by directly giving command from the terminal blocks with all required tools, manpower etc.

Work of checking the current at Starting time and adjustment as per site requirement & as required by FCMA starter along with all required tools.

Replacement of the all the timers and Aux contactors with On Delay block , control MCB connected in the control circuit & ensuring the proper working of each and every component of the panel.

Replacement of the RYB led indicators ( Control ON/ Run Mode/ Start Mode/ By pass supervision Trip/ FCMA high Temperature )& associated control wires connected in the control circuit & ensuring the proper working of each and every indication as per OEM manual.

Replacement of the 3 Pole 3.3 KV HT vacuum contactor having Aux blocks and tripping and closing coils as per OEM specifications.

Replacement of the 2 Pole 3.3 KV HT vacuum contactor having Aux blocks and tripping and closing coils as per OEM specifications.

Assembling the panel after thoroughly cleaning of each unit prior to completion of the work & closing and mounting of all components. Cleaning of the Panel with Vacuum cleaner/blower ensuring that no control and power wiring is disturbed during the work along with replacement of damaged gasket, cover glass etc

Servicing of FCMA unit for its proper performance & functioning as per manufacturer’s published data, work includes the adjustment as per motor specification and full load current.

Complete testing of the panel after completion of the work using magger & testing of insulation of the all three phase with respect to earth by performing an insulation-resistance test at from pole-to-pole and from each pole-to-ground with breaker closed and across open contacts of each phase. Testing of High Voltage AC/DC Parameters. Testing of Filter Capacitors, bridge rectifier & performing resistance measurements through all bolted connections with a low-resistance ohmmeter, confirming appropriate equipment grounding. Performing open and close operation in control mode, & testing of protection diode of the coil of vacuum contactor performing over potential test in accordance with manufacturer's published data.
