01) Construction of Minor Bridge at Konur Sankankulam out Put Channel Alang the Vellampatty to H.R Kottai H/ O Konur ESTIMATE COST : 75.00Lakhs

Earth Work excavation for foundation in all soils and to full depth as may as be directed in hard rock requiring plastering but inclusive of shorting, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per SS20B

Supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layher not more than 15cm thick well ramed, watered and compacted complete complying with standard specification

Cemant Concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for foundation including watering necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc, (Foundation)

CC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (for Super structure)

Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc., using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cm gauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

RCC 1:2 :4 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement and including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer (Bed block)

Rein Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works including cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

PCC 1:2 :4 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement and including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer (Bed block)

Wearing Coat with CC 1 : 1.5 : 3 mix using 65% of 25mm, 25% of 12mm, and10% of 6mm IRC metal including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc. complete. - 75mm uniform thickness

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,

Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonary reinforced cc with 100mm Dia AC pipe extending through the full witdth of the struction with standard specification

Provision for Expansion joint inbetween the dirt wall & Deck in Abutment and inbetween deck in Pier in standard specification

Providing and fixing Kraft paper full width of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to work site, labour for fixing the same in corect position and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard specifications.
