SITC of electric driven main fire Hydrant & Sprinkler pumps suitable for automatic operation complete in all respect as required & as per enclosed specification and consisting of the following: Horizontal type multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, to ensure minimum pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 at highest and farthest outlet at specified flow of 2280 LPM & 75 Meter head conforming to IS- 1520 complete with mechanical seals, safety relief valve, pressure gauges on delivery side, Suitable rating IE-3 ,TEFC type Squirrel cage Induction motor suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC confirming to IS-325 with IP:55 protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted with class F insulation, spacer type love-joy / flexible coupling & coupling guard with the pump complete. Common bed plate fabricated from MS channel / ISMB with spring type vibration isolators. The pump set base shall be held by bolts grouted in the suitable cement concrete foundation duly as per recommendation of OEM, plastered and painted including foundation bolts, washers complete etc. as required. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel driven main fire pump suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following: complete in all respect as required as per specifications. a. Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 kg/sq.cm.at highest and farthest outlet at specified flow of 2280 lpm at minimum 75 m. head conforming to IS 1520. b. Suitable HP, 1500 RPM water cooled with radiator, diesel engine conforming to relevant BS & IS standard complete with auto starting mechanism, 12 volts/24 Volts electric starting equipment, Diesel Tank , exhaust pipe extended up to 6 m. outside pump house duly insulated with 75 mm. thick glass wool (density 48kg/cum) with 24 SWG aluminium sheet clading, residential silencer, instruments and protection as per specification, stop solenoid for auto stop in the event of fault with audio indications, painted with posts office red colour including battery, battery stand, AVM pads, etc. as required. c. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electric driven Pressurization / Jockey Pump suitable for suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following, complete in all respect as required as per specifications. a. Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal and flow of 180 lpm at minimum 75 m head conforming toIS : 1520. b. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of electrical control panel of cubicle type body made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet,totally enclosed, IP 42, floor with channel base frame, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised, segregated hinged lockeble door, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50Hz AC system, making interlocking arrangement between incomers & buscoupler breakers, including copper control wiring with 2.5 sq mm size wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated after 7 tank treatment process painting etc. including supply & installation of following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories as per specifications.

(ii) Busbars 500Amp FP busbars of high conductivity electrolytic quality aluminium alloy.

(iii) Buscoupler 1 No. 400 Amp 4P MCCB (Icu=Ics value 50KA) . 1 Set of ON LED type indication lamp controlled by 2 Amp SP MCB. Including all features of mechnical interlocking with incomers.

(v) System Controller Designing, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of System controller to control operation of main electric fire pump, diesel pump, pressurisation pump in sequence as per specification consisting of relays, timers, sensors, annunciation window for fault indication, complete as per specification.

Note: All incomer & buscoupler MCCB shall be mechanical interlocked with suitable accessories. Separate neutral link shall be provided in all 4 Pole feeders.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of pressure switches in MS pipe for Hydrant / Diesel Engine Driven Pump / Jockey Pumps, diaphragm type, adjustable range from 0-10 kg/sq.cm and a regulation range of 0.1 - 1.5 kg/sq.cm direct mounted SNAP acting type made from die cast aluminium with epoxy powder coated finish and SS316 diaphragm and other wetted parts, including necessary wiring upto control panel & other materials as required as per specifications.

Providing & fixing dial type (100 mm) pressure gauge with isolation ball valve suitable for working pressure of 250 PSI, short pieces, nipples, elbows, stainless steel 'U' tube & ball valve, etc as required as per specifications.

Providing, laying, testing and comissioning of 'C' Class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS:1239 along with fittings like tees, elbows, flanges, tapers, compressed asbestos gaskets, nuts and bolts, etc. in ground including excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphatt tape as per IS:10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required.

Provision of GI drop pipe and foot valve shall be made in all the fire water static storage tanks as required as per specifications.

The weight of the cover not to be less than 20 Kg and frame not less than 38 Kg as per standard design and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 mix (1 cement : 5 fine sand:10 grades stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.
