IZZATNAGER DIVISION-ENGINEERING/NORTH EASTERN RLY Metallizing of steel work of girders with sprayed aluminium after surface preparation by Sand/grit blasting, followed by one coat of etch primer (IS:5666) & one coat of Zinc Chrome primer (IS:104) and two coats of aluminium paint (IS:2339) with all labour, T&P and material as a complete job duly conforming to all relevant specifications and process given under Clause 39 of IRS-B1-2001. Note: Nominal Thickness of sprayed Aluminium coating shall be 150 microns. DFT of Zinc chrome primer shall be 25-30 microns and DFT of each coat of Aluminium paint shall be 12- 14 microns.

Topographical mapping by Total Station Per Equipment (TSS) of yard curve etc. Day showing all existing feature/structure such as road, rail, boundary, building, Nallha /Drain, electric, telephone line, water drain etc. using contractor own engineer, labour, tool & plant, equipment etc. complete. The work shall including mapping to the scale yard, curve etc. by TSS incorporating field data in Auto CAD, Drawing (Soft Copy) to engineer incharge required details. Carring out soil investigation at site for Job bearing capacity and other parameters for designing the foundation for the satisfaction of engineer in charge at the required depth as per the direction of engineer incharge. The quoted rates will including the cost of submitting the soil test report from the agency of reputed as approved by the site engineer incharge (with contractors own tools and eqipment if required) as per special conditon of contract. Providing and fixing permanently colour Sqm coated trapezoidal profiled sheet of depth 28- 30mm at 195-205 mm pitch distance with precisely engineered "Rib &Flute" design. Profiled sheets shall be min. 0.5 mm TCT/0.45 mm BMT high tensile zinc aluminum alloycoated zincalume /galvalume steel sheet (550mpa yield strength) having a coating of mass of 150 gsm zincaluminium coating AZ- 150 total on both sides as per, AS 1397:1993 finished with 20 microns approved colour coating of Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Polyester paint coat on exposed surface over a primer coat of 5 microns aback coat of 5 microns on reverse side over a 5microns primer coat. There shall be 2 small ribs/ square flutes between profiles for providing additional strength. The sheet to be fixed over the purlins with hexagonal head self drilling suitable fasteners with neoprene / EPDM washer on crests of the sheet.

Design of Foundations of Foot over bridges Each 3.0/6.0 M wide with Ramps/Stairs and suitability for RDSO's FOB standard drawings.
