Providing and fixing polished 10-12 mm thick KD wood lipping around door/window edges incl 12mm ply strips including (if required) fixing with necessary screws , rawl plugs, side beadings and applying necessary adhesive. The beading/lipping shall be finished/rounded at edges and fixed as per the directions of engineer incharge.
Making clean surfaces including removing of putty/plaster scratching (making grooves 10-15mm deep and wide) the surface and providing applying fibre reinforced Crack-X (Dr. Fixit or equivalent) over wall surfaces including removing any excesses and making plane by sand papering etc. and use of fibre glass tape surface cracks and making good the walls with wall putty priming coat and emulsion paint of same shade.
Providing and fixing aluminum extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer,(having brand logo with IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
Providing and fixing specified KD wood for framework fixed with dash fasteners/screws/nails and drilling necessary holes for dash fasteners including, cutting fixing placing in position as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in charge including all carraiges and taxes complete job
Providing and fixing of 18-19mm thick waterproof (LTW) ply board including cost of nails/beadings etc. including all lifts leads and carraiges complete job as per directions of engineer-in-charge.
Provinding fixing toughened glass 10 mm thick including fixtures clips adhesive and markings/text all complete.
Providing and fixing gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over ply wood base with silicon caulk adhesive etc, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Granite of any colour
