I) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB -II norms 75dBA @ 1 meter.

ii) Air inlet louvers to be designed to operate at rated load even at 50 degree centrigrade air inlet temp. Four point lifting for easy handling

iii) Cubical to be powder coated for long lasting service life and super finish with UV resistent poder coating, it has to with stand extreme environment. Has to be use stain steel hardware.

(c ) The contractor shall submit the drawing for approval of the GE before procurement of the DG set

(d) Resistive load whether water load or strip heaters of suitable capacity and POL/DHPP for testing of DG set to be made available during test by the contractor. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

(e) The DG set shall be procured from authorized OEM and of same group. The accoustic panel shall also be manufactured by the same OEM

(f) Anything missed out above but is required for efficient working of DG set is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate

Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Panel, double door, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Copper bus bar not less 400 Amps for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032.

The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. Necessary cable gland shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings and all as shown in drawings :-

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated multi-stranded type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.

Cable Alley : Necessary cable alley shall be provided for out going cables in both sides of LT panel with terminal block, the terminal block shall be connected with the outgoing MCCB with copper bas bar of suitable size

INCOMING : 4 pole MCCB having breaking capacity 25 KA , adjustable overload, short circuit, instantaneous and neutral protection of rating 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz. - 01 No (Make : Schneider, ABB, Legrand)

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing of new XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 6.35 KV(UE)/ 11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core in trenches, on poles and in ducts complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable end termination joint out door cold shrinkable type suitable for stranded aluminium conductor 3 core, 11 KV XLPE , 95 Sq mm cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L for broken stone aggregate for loose filling under 11 KV four pole and arround the transformer , of gauge 40 mm graded in and including for stacking materials in regular heaps/stacks for measurement.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat iron, round bars etc. in available length complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 10mm dia MS rods 3 Nos shall be provided horizontally by interwewaving in the chain link and welded with MS flat iron all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT Panel, double door, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Copper bus bar not less 600 Amps for distribution system and type tested at CPRI, fabricated in factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032.

The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and suitable length main bus-bar of capacity 600 Amps, each switchgear shall be connected with main bus bar with suitable size copper bus bar, front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom and having welded equal angle of 75mmx75mmx6mm of length 0.9mtr, 04 nos, 30cm of of angle shall be embedded in PCC 1:2:4, 20mm graded stone agregate below GL level and 30cm shall be above ground level of size as directed by Engr-in-charge at site. The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. Necessary cable gland shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings and all as shown in drawings :-

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated multi-stranded type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.

Cable Alley : Necessary cable alley shall be provided for out going cables in both sides of LT panel with terminal block, the terminal block shall be connected with the outgoing MCCB with suitable size copper bus bar complete

Note 1 :- The rate quoted against above item shall include necessary PCC foundation and steel mounting structure for VCB, PTs and CTs as specified or recommendations of manufactures including earth work for errecting of steel structure.

Note 3 :- Control cable from VCB & transformer to VCB control panel shall be measured and paid separately .

Note -4 :- Anything missed out but necessary to make functional of the PCVCB shall be provided by the contractor, the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.
