Taking down cement plaster/wall tile on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles including Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 8 to 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm and Screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes. Complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm ,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm and Screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes. Complete all as specified and directed .

Machine cut kota slab flooring 18 to 20mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing,and 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cm 1:6 for laying floor finishes including Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for machine cut kota slab skirting 16 to 18mm thickness over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to matches the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 as for backing coat of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed .
