As per ICF Drawing No. 88902001 (Alt. 'd '), Item No. 19, only the make FLAIG, HOMMEL GmbH, Germany is eligible for this tender. Firms participating as traders or authorised agents are required to clearly indicate the name and full address of the manufacturer's works and submit a Tender-Specific Authorisation Letter issued by the OEM on the OEM's official letterhead, along with the tender. Non- submission of a valid OEM Tender-Specific Authorisation Letter shall render the offer invalid, and such offers will be summarily rejected.
