Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Boaring / drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat old size across the length of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LT XLPE insulated strip armoured multi stranded aluminium underground cable of 25 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches or fixed on pole / wall or drawn through pipes including suitable size Lugs and Glands etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of earth pit including required excavation ,earth work and PCC work to make good damaged /disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber & making new pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced and lifting handle on RCC cover with 8 mm bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways or PVC readymade available in market with prior approval of Engr In Charge, incl supply & fixing of wire mess and funnel including re-connection of earth wire/strip with panel/transformer using GI nut, bolts washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ) of LT Panel cubical types, connecting to electrical system & testing for out door use, made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved factory made, totaly enclosed of size not less than Box size - 600 mm x 550 mm x 300mm and supported with 4 Nos MS Angle, lugs , duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket & sealed for vermi proof and dust proof and mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragement with handle at front and openable at front &back both side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :-

(a) High conductivity aluminium bus bar of size - 500 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. ,

(b) Phase indication lamp, LED type(Set of 3)

(c) Grouting of panel including earth work as required & PCC (1:3:6) type D-2 using 20 mm gradeded stone 2x PCC block of size, 500 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm & plastering with (1:4) cement sand etc complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for inspecting and servicing of Oil cooled / air cooled Servo controlled voltage stabilizer of following capacities installed at various locations within Air Force Station Hakimpet by cleaning the complete unit with suitable cleaning agent and checking the serviceability state of all the switchgears/ components such as variacs, ECC box, stepper motors, RC networks, control PCB, Carbon Brushes, sensing transformers, synchronising motor, drive gears etc complete and replacing the defective spare parts and testing for proper fuctioning complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Supply and replacement of Components / spare parts will be measured and and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A', however the the cost of suitable wires, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers required for control wiring shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and Topping up of transformer oil into the body of servo controlled voltage stabilizer having di-electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 2.5mm gap as per relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting / pruning of tree branches along /around over head LT line at places within a radius of 2 mtr from furthest conductor and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including provision of mounting pole of suitable Dia & Height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V including taking down existing unserviceable flame proof switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of earth continuity copper strip 20 mm X 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc fixed to wall on batten/porcelain insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including breazing at each necesasry joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking, identifying the defect /faulty point of LT UG cable of any size using Conventional Cable fault locator machine or by mannual excavation and taking out bricks from the trench upto fault point along cable route and re-laying the same using old bricks / sand including returning filling and making good surface after rectification of defect complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor and proper stringing for required tension and sag including binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable size including taking down old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F( in replacement) Pole box three phase of size 297x 250 x 130 mm made out of 2 mm MS sheet factory made with inbuilt locking arrangement, out door type , fix to pole with suitable MS clamp comprising of alluminium busbar 16 Amp 04 Nos fixe on epoxy insulated pole and MCB 6 Amp 10 kA 240 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of OH line of ACSR Conductor / GI earthing wire, opening of binding wires, jumper connections any size and restringing, tightening of conductor with suitable line vice, replacing all worn out jumper connection with suitable conductor, re-tightening and straightening all cross arms, insulators, clamps etc including replacement of all wornout nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour in replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : - Jaipuria Bros / WS / Mysore Porcelain).

Supply and fix in replacement of rigid PVC LT line spacers spiral/bolted type as per IS:1445-1977 suitable for 2 wires complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No.80 here-in-before but suitable for 4 wires complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing / overhauling of existing indoor/outdoor type LT panel board/bus bar /any size/type fixed on building wall / PCC block incl cleaning with compressed air, tightening of all electric connection to the bus bar, providing bus bar, insulator of suitable size & switch gears , refixing of loosed doors with proper fixing & locking arrangement &necessary welding work as required and replacement of wornout/ burnt/rusted/ loose lugs , door lock, nut bolt,hing, washers,internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 1.5 sqmm) of PVC copper conductor wire ,repair to plaster work as require at site and including disconnection of all cable/ sub main from the bus bar and insulating the neked portion of Al conductor and re-connect the same after repair of panel and proper connection of main earth wire/lead with panel body using lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for reparing door of existing LT panel / feeder pillar box with locking arrangement & gasketed made of CRCA sheet 2.0 mm thick including hinge and welding work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Stay assembly with 16 mm dia stay rod and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Digging & taking out old steel tubular pole 9/11 mtr long carefully from foundation for re-use, shifting and re-fixing / re-errecting at other location within Hakimpet area complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

(a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide & 2 Mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres.

(b) M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 600mm x 600mm x 1500 mm (planting depth) for concrete encasing the pole upto GL all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450x450 mm size and plastering with 1:4 PCC complete all as specified.

(d) M&L for Painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block.

S&F in replacement of steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, welded (9 metre long) complete with CI base plate, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified type 410 Sp-31 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT 8.5/ 9.0 m height steel tubular/ ISMB poles by scrubing sand paper alongwith all pole fittings such as cross arms, clamps, nuts & bolts etc and applying paint as follows:- (i) One coat of aluminium paint on all exposed surfaces of pole, cross arms, clamps, nuts & bolts etc, leaving in 1m from ground level. (ii) One coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour upto 1.0m height from GL including coping. (iii) Writing pole number in white letters on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT 8.5 / 9.0 m height PCC poles by scrubing sand paper alongwith all pole fittings such as cross arms, clamps, nuts & bolts etc and applying paint as follows:- (i) One coat of aluminium paint on all steel sections such as cross arms, clamps, nuts & bolts etc, leaving in 1m from ground level. (ii) One coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour upto 1.0m height from GL including coping. (iii) One coat of Cement base paint on balance portion of PCC pole. (iv) Writing pole number in white letters on black background with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Takingdown old existing outdoor LT panel board of any description and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of oudoor type cubicle panel board of size not less than 1100 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system CPRI approved factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double lief doors with locking arrangement complete with powder coat painting and suitable packing material for IP- 43 degree of protection and confirming to IS:8623-1993 and including 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board at a height of 450mm from GL and grouted on PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The size of panel board shall be suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgears complete:-

(a) Aluminium bus bar of capacity 600 Amp with heat shrinkable coloured PVC sleeve insulation mounted on suitable insulators for 3 phases and half of the capacity for neutral - 01 Set (b) MCCB, 400 Amps, 4 Pole,35 KA microprocessor based(Make:Havells/Indoasian/L&T/Standard).-01No.(incoming). (c) MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 KA microprocessor based - (Make: Havells/indoashian/L&T/Standard). -02 Nos. (Outgoing) (d) MCCB 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 25 KA microprocessor based (Make: Havells/indoashian/L&T/Standard). - 03 Nos. (Outgoing)

Supply and install LT Panel out door double door front and rear openable type made out of CRCA 3 mm thick sheet and angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick complete including locking arrangement,proper mounting of feeder pillar legs of size not less than 800x500x400 mm on cement concrete foundation including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel grey paint complete comprising following including taking down of old LT panel board : Note :- Old Retrieved serviceable MCCBs will be deposited to AGE E/M Store.
