S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with any size and shape self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The shape of galvalume sheet prefabricated to required shape as per site requirement i.e. curved/ellipse/arc etc and fixed in position. The cost of the prefabrication to the required shape shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hardcore with broken stone of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete along with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators etc complete from existing locations and removing retrived materials and making good the disturbed surfaces/ceiling etc to match with the adjacent surfaces in all respects complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour point wiring One light point controlled by one switch complete with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) PVC FRLS insulated, un-sheathed, multistranded, copper conductor, single core, cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including new PVC Rigid conduit complete along with suitable size steel conduit fittings/ accessories including provn of new 1.6 mm thick CI sunken boxes concealed with 3 mm thick hylam pressed laminated/hylamp sheet top cover for housing of switches, sockets, and regulators etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC FRLS insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and diectedby Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 31 here-in-before but with 2.5 sqmm incl earth continuity coductor 2.5 sqmm for power point 15 amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for Sl No. 31 & 32 - Colour code to be strictly used in the wiring i.e Red/Yellow/Blue wire colour for phase, Black wire colour for neutral and Green wire colour for earth wire.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring 2x1.5 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade drawn through with 20mm PVC conduit and conduit concealed with accessories/junction boxes fixed concealed along with suitable clamps/saddles in and including one run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly. Note - 1. Colour code to be strictly used in the sub main concealed wiring i.e Red/Yellow/Blue wire colour for phase, Black wire colour for neutral and Green wire colour for earth wire, 2. Three runs of cable and One run of PVC condiut shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing of MCCB 63A 4 Pole 25KA ICS=100 % ICU fixed on wall in and including powder coated sheet metal enclosure bottom entries for incoming & out going cables with canopy (if fixed on outer wall), fixing accessories, connecitions with suitable lugs as per site requirements, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to earth lead of 4mm GI wire means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized with protection pipe of dia 15 mm light grade all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC cover in 50mm thick 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm CTD 140mm centre to centre with suitable handle, watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade pipe with funnel, charcoal salt connected to earthing test point all as specified including testing and commissioning on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - The contractor is responsible for testing of earthings near test points, test results shold be less than 1 Ohm and the same shoud be tested in in the presence of user, Engineer-in-charge/JE E&M and earth tests results duly signed by user, JE E/M, Engineer-in-charge and cotractor to be encl with payment claims.

Taking up/down of old unserviceable under ground LT cable of any size 2 core / 4 core as per site including protection pipe, bricks etc and set a side for reuse complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5m depth in hard/dense soil and getting out for taking up of cables, laying of cable etc complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Retruning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of surplus soil / material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing at alevel not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laid brick well burnt sub class B covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cables complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for river sand filling in trenches above and below the cable as in protection complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:Punned thickness shall be measured and paid).

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 6 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lay GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm dia for protection of cable fixed on wall/to poles/laid in trenches, at road crossings for cable protection complete all as specified and direcited by Engineer-in-charge.
