Excavation in earth work in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work, B/work chiseling wedging out of rock etc. up to all lifts in earth work including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of excavated earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Disposal of earth/muck in MC dumping site at Bharyal free of cost, transportation charges will be paid extra)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth

Providing mild steel/ Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor all level-tor steel

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joints channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

Providing and Fixing M.S Pipe railing 40mm dia for railing and fixed in angle/channels including cutting, hosting, welded compete in all respect

P/L heavy duty Precast chequred tiles 20 mm thick of specified sizes laid in floors treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles 50% colours 50% red (ISI Marked)

15mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters Enamel paint other than white
