Part B) Pavenent

Preparation of Subgrade :-Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level,watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. (Finished work to be measured)

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials/ Quarry (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical including loading unloading haulage octri etc complete job Specification Clause 408.

Water Bound Macadam (WBM GRADE-II): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.including loading unloading haulage octri etc complete job

Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. Bit. Macadam: P/L Waste Plastic bituminous Macadam 50mm thick, with Hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder(3.04%), and waste plastic(0.26%) as per clause 5.1 table 3 of IRC SP 98 transported to site , laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the designed compaction as per technical specification clause 504 including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete.)
