Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint of (Nerolac/Asisan/Dulux/Berger )system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm(zero point ninety litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm(zero point seventy five litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
