Maintenance and miscellaneous works at Waste Management Facility Areas (WMCF) and Solid waste Management Facility (SWMF) at Plant Site, Kaiga.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Excavation from Ground level to 1.50 meters depth.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, plinth works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. NOTE: OPC 43 grade cement shall be used.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 for 20 mm & down size hard stone aggregates. The Copiong Concrete shall be 50 mm thick [minimum] & projected on both the sides by 10 mm thick (minimum), 6 mm thick Plastering in CM 1:3 including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. NOTE: OPC 43 grade cement shall be used.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Providing & Constructing R. R. Masonry using Stone Boulders, Stone chips, Through / bond Stones [as per standard techncal specification, through / bond Stones shall be be used in RR masonry work], in CM 1:5 for foundation & plinth and other miscellaneous RR masonry works of foundation & plinth, masonry work shall be carried out as per relavent BIS specification of latest edition, including simultaneous flush pointing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete & plasterd surfaces, racking out the masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 2000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Strengthening of existing R.R.Masonry/Drains using Stone chips in CM 1:5 for Foundation & Plinth, and including simultaneous flush pointing providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, preparation of base & curing properly, Stacking of debris upto lead of 2000 mtrs. etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Providing, placing and removing formwork for all In-Situ Concrete Works such as foundation, raft, columns, beams, slab, footings, all other miscellaneous RCC works including providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying approved make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all dia meters confirming to grade Fe -550/550D of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable guage soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of Binding wire and cover blocks and will not be measured separately for payment.

PART - A (CIVIL WORKS) Providing and laying RCC M30 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels & for all insitu concrete works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. NOTE: OPC 43 grade cement shall be used.
