M & L for servicing of ceiling fans, any sweep/size at existing position on various location of 7 AFH for maintenance after removing cable connection from ceiling rose, checking, tightening of thread of down rod, opening of fan, greasing/oiling of bush/ bearing, re-assembling and fixing the same in position including replacement of minor part such as split pin, lock bolt, check nut and cable flexible from ceiling rose to ceiling fan of site 23/0.0076 and connection etc including testing for its smooth running with complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Spare parts such as bearing, capacitor, bush etc. will be paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’ given here-in-after)

Ceiling fan blade set of three of 1200mm sweep.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan stator with appropriate gauge size super enameled copper wire including necessary insulation material after cleaning of stator for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 3 here in before but for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fans

M & L for spray painting to ceiling fan with down rod, blade etc. of any make and sweep installed at various location of 7 AFH with two coat of Duco paint of approved colour & marking MES No including cleaning of old paint complete all as specified and directed.

Exhaust Fan M & L for servicing of exhaust fans, any sweep/size at existing position on various location of 7 AFH for maintenance after removing cable connection from ceiling rose, checking, tightening of nuts, bolts, opening of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing, re-assembling and fixing the same in position including replacement of minor part such as split pin and cable flexible from ceiling rose to ceiling fan of site 23/0.0076 and connection etc including testing for its smooth running with and including writing MES No with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: Spare parts such as bearing, capacitor etc. will be paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.)

M&L for rewinding exhaust fan stator with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including necessary insulation material complete varnishing and heating the new winding for proper insulation including cutting the existing winding wire from the stator and cleaning the slot complete all as specified and directed for following sizes of fan :-

225 to 300mm sweep

450 mm sweep

Supply only following items for exhaust fan:-

Capacitor 4 Mfd, 230 Volt

Ball bearing No. 6201, 6202, 6203, 6204

Exhaust fan blade of any sweep with screws/bolts, nuts.

Exhaust fan frame with louvers complete with nut & bolts etc.

PEDESTAL FAN M&L for repair & overhauling of defective Pedestal fan of any size by opening the blades, bearing, cleaning thoroughly internally & externally, providing fresh clean lubricants oil and greasing as required with and including M&L for rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge with insulation materials, re-assembling the pedestal fan after replacement of defective components/ repair and replacing minor items such as clamp, back cover, screw lock, nuts, welding guards etc. including spray painting with a coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved shade after preparation of old surfaces and writing MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint including testing for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

WALL MOUNTED FAN Ditto all as per item No. 11 here in before but for wall mounted fan of any sweep.

M & L for replacement down rod of length 2 ft, 2.5 ft, 3 ft and 4 ft made out from GI Pipe 25 mm bore dia, medium grade for ceiling fan including fixing hook or clamp made out from iron complete with nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring from existing place (light/fan, socket or power points complete) with all fittings such as switches, sockets ceiling rose , pendant holder, fitting and fixtures , MCB DB’s , MCB, Main switches, call bell etc and making good to disturbed surface to wall ,floor etc to match with existing surface either by using same colour distemper or white colour wash all as required and directed.

Taking down care fully by unscrewing from boards /out let boxes ,fittings and fixtures such as Tube light fitting /of any type / /MCB DB etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : - This item to be operated only when item found serviceable for re –use in work.

M & L for point wiring PVC FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm, 1100 V drawn in and including PVC casing and capping complete including cast iron/pressed steel terminal box 1.6 mm thick of required size Bakelite sheet 3mm thick for mounting switch , socket brass screws and washer including PVC insulated and unsheathed solid copper wire of size 1.5 Sq mm will be used as continuous earth wire for the following points :-

One light /fan point controlled by one, one way switch

S & F in replacement fluorescent tube light fitting complete energy efficient T-8 LED batten and integrated type signle tube 20 Watt, 4 ft long white complete with LED rod, LED driver and LED batten etc and all accessories pre wire and connecting up with copper three core flexible cord of min size 0.5 Sqmm and PVC connector etc including provision of hanging and wall mounting arangement complete all as specified and directed. M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable recessed mounted lumanaire with energey efficient 36 Watt LED type including making connection to ceiling rose with copper flexible wire of size 23/0076 complete all as specified and directed.

S and F in replacement of surface mounted downlight LED 16 Watt round in shape along with PVC 1.5 Sqmm 3 core wire from ceiling rose to light fitting including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Philips Cat part No - SM251C LED16S-6500 PSU WH or Equivalent in Crompton Greaves/Havells as approved by GE in writting.

S & F in replacement of Isolator TPN , 100 Amp, 4 pole Isolator, 415 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making holes for fixing of exhaust fan including cutting of existing wall of required sizes including nuts, bolts and washers and making good to disturbed surface of wall to match with existing surface either by using same colour distemper or white colour wash complete all as required and directed.
