Part 4: - Electromechanical components

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 8000 GPH X 90 Mtr (1 no.) and Providing of 8000 GPH X 90 Mtr (standby-1 no.) as per IS reputed make submersible pump-set along with allied works at WSS R.S Pura Town. (Brief description mentioned in SBD as Annexure 'A' uploaded in tender documents).

Providing fitting of 3 core flat (10 Sq mm submersible cable-150 mtr. ) In length to be connected with submersible motor and other end shall be duly connected with panel. Lowering of submersible pumpsets into the Tube wells along with the column pipes and requisite material such as rubber flanges, nut/ bolts etc. by using special tools and tackles. Making all electrical connections of Submersible Pumpsets with LT control panels by proper thimbling and crimpling all cable ends and then testing and checking for specified amperage on full load. The standby submersible pump shall be properly stacked inside the pump room at appropriate place, so that it can be utilized in case of failure of the lowered submersible pumpset in future.

The Job also includes providing of 4’’ dia (MS column pipes-13 nos.) -10 ft each duly welded at both ends and attached with MS flanges-02 nos. to each pipe and all the column pipes shall be properly painted by using two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of super enamelled black paint. The flange shall be properly welded and supported with cleats, so that flanges can attain extra strength. Shifting of the submersible pumps, column pipes and 10 Sq mm 3 core flat submersible cable to work site.

Providing and Fitting of new Sluice Valve and Reflex Valve 100 mm dia one No. Each of reputed make confirming to BIS on delivery line of the Column pipe and fitting by fabrication and fitting of flanges, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, etc. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges at site.

Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel of 415 volt, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz installed at WSS R.S Pura Town of specifications (Brief description mentioned in SBD as Annexure 'A' uploaded in tender documents).

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase 63 KVA manually Operated copper wound oil cooled Voltage stabilizer at WSS R.S Pura Town

The job includes Providing/fitting of 200 A Main Switch and MUG 30 star delta starter and both shall be fitted on the distribution board at appropriate position with the help of manual labour and required tools and tackles. Fabrication and Fitting of LT Distribution board made out of angle iron (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) frame 4’x 2’ and 6’ in height having two angle iron extensions supports 1’ in length for grouting in the wall. The frame is to fabricated by way of providing and fitting of superior quality ply board 4’x 2’ duly furnished with high quality sunmica and fitting it on the frame with nuts and bolts, 3 No switches and 1 No 5 pin socket, Ampere Meter (0-100) with CT, Volt meter (0-500). The job also includes providing and welding of 1 No. Additional flat iron strip at the bottom of the panel boards for holding/mounting the starter. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, other unforeseen material, transportation charges including manual carriage, hire charges of tools and tackles required for execution of job at site.

Providing of chemical earthing. All the equipments shall be properly connected with the newly provided chemical earthing.

The job further includes Design, fabrication and erection of MS Pipe Gantry for extraction and lowering of submersible pump set along with column pipes. (Brief description mentioned in SBD as Annexure 'A' uploaded in tender documents).

PART 9 :Operation and Maintenace Cost of scheme for 5 years (after completion of Defect Liability period) complete in all repects by operating and maintaining all the instruments during warranty period and maintenance period for 5 years with replacement/repair of all damaged or non functioning units /Components incl accessories.
