Notes:

Breaking brick work in cement mortar, including conveying and disposing the debris with a lead upto 50M etc. complete.

Breaking reinforced/plain concrete all grade to the exact dimensions including cutting reinforcement rods and disposing the debris with a lead upto 50 mtrs etc complete.

Breaking and removing the size stone masonry walls as per requirements and as directed by Engineer in charge, including providing all tools and plants such as chisels, breaker machines, etc. wherever required, including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of un-serviceable material within 50 meters initial lead etc.,complete.

Removing of GI chain link fencing by breaking the S.S.Masonry coping , coiling and stacking the same at the place shown and as directed by the Engineer in charge etc, complete.

Dismantling barbed wire at all leads including loading, unloading, stacking the serviceable material within the plant premises and disposal of unserviceable material within an initial lead of 500m as per directions of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying Interlocking C.C. paver block (60 mm thick, M-20) made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern; over and including 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying brick masonry with well burnt table moulded bricks in cement mortar 1:6 including scaffolding curing, raking out joint, etc. complete as per specification below or above ground level at all lifts.

Providing and construction 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 for partition walls using well burnt table moulded bricks including placing 2 nos. 6mm/8mm m.s. rods at every foruth layer, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete as per specifications at all lifts. Note : Rods shall be issued by dept. free of cost at its departmental store. The contractor has to collect the rods from the department store.

Providing and laying size stone masonry in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth including stones roughly dressed providing bond stones in each course at 2M apart, scaffolding, curing etc. as per specifications.

Cement plaster for exposed brick work/concrete surface as specified below in cement mortar 1:5 at all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing including making plaster fluting (plaster in steps)etc wherever required complete as per specifications and drawings.

a) 20mm thk in two coats for brick/concrete surfaces(external)(back coat and finishing coat of 10mm thk each)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm downgraded size hard granite broken stone aggregates in foundations, trenches etc. including necessary formwork ramming, compaction, leveling as per specifications

PCC 1:2:4 below/above plinth using stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including necessary formwork machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc complete as per specifications & instruction of EIC.

Providing & fixing chain link fencing using hot dip GI wire chain link with 50x50mm mesh of 3mm dia conforming to IS:2721 latest edition to the Concrete post with a m.s.flat fence posts using 6mm dia m.s.bolts and suitable washers including providing and fixing GI line wire of 3mm dia at top and bottom through out as shown in the drawing. all as per specification and instruction of EIC.(Note: Rate shall include cost of materials and wastages if any)

Providing and fixing galvanized steel barbed wire conforming to IS:278 of make TATA WIRON or equivalent having 2 strands of 2.5mm line wire and 2mm point wire, 2ply 4 pointed barbes of 2mm dia @ 75mm c/c including providing & tying with 18SWG galvanised iron binding wire as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate shall include the cost of barbed wires & galvanised iron binding wire etc complete.
