Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep complete as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, in soft / loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep and getting out in any type of soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m deep but n. exc. 3m and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials soil to a distance exc 50m but n. exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base), 200mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers of 75mm thick each, with coarse stone aggregate (Granite, trap or Basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 Grade including sand bedding of 30 mm thick layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed. Make -NTC, Nitco, Ultra, Johnson, Surya K, Everest.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 600mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars & side packing by returning, filling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 900mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars & side packing by returning, filling, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces of brickwork or on lathing in CM (1:4) using WPC as per manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made out of M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Thrie Beam Crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail fixed at 95cm above road / ground level to 2.15m long vertical post of steel 'I' section 150mm x 100mm x 4.03mm thick or equivalent spaced @ 2.00 m c/c embedded in concrete upto 1.20 metre below road / ground level, corrugated steel sheet fixed to vertical post with 40cm long spacer 350mm x 127mm x 5.9mm thick 'I' section or equivalent, all steel parts and fitments shall be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings shall be conforming to IS : 1367 and IS : 1364 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) For measurement and payment purposes, the net length of corrugared sheet metal beam rail shall be considered. The cost of vertical post @ 2.00 m c/c and fittings & fitments shall be deemed included in unit rate. (b) The Concrete and earth work for embedding the vertical post in ground shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement mortar 1:4 and pointing the surface in contact with earth in the same mortar including providing weep holes complete as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Deduction of volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be made and payment of stone masornry will be made for net measurement only. (b) Pipe for weep holes shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds with maximum depression of 20mm and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes type 'A' ISI marked single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stone with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing of random rubble stone masonary in CM (1:4), uncoursed or brought upto courses complete as specified and directed.

M&L stone/Boulder filling, laid dry, hand packed tightly, around weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick / stone masonry other than fair surfaces of brickwork, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for builders pitching laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouted with CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
