Supply & Fix machine pressed Pre-cast cement concrete interlocking paver block, rubber moulded, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and colour pigment, colour laid over and including sand cushioning of thickness 50 mm (machine compacted) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Material and labour for Rubber moulded, Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors, over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified tiles 9 to 10mm thick light shade (squar/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n. exc 0.36 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match includings, 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 09 above but here in after as in skirting including 10mm rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directd.

M & L coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 of 15mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 20mm screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing as granite mirror finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 15 above but as in skirting including 10mm rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4.

Note .Top Railing : 50 mm S/S tubes on railing. Blusters 40mm x 40mm square @ .90 mtr height and 25 cm spacing/each step. 30mm x 50mm D Brackets on bottom of Balusters 3 Nos of support railing on balusters of 20 mm dia SS tube. S/S Doom of suitable size on first/end baluster/ as per site reqirement. First vertical blauster of strain case shall be of size 50 mm dia stainless steel pipes.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators etc complete as ordered and removing retrived materials and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and type including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white /colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

Taking down carefully unserviceable distribution boards/metal enclosures of any type and capacity including wooden board and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white/colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and Labour for wiring complete 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade copper multistranded conductor drawn through exist rigid metallic/non metallic conduit 20 mm dia in walls, roofs floors etc including PVC insulated copper earth continuity conductor 1.5 Sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly including replacing steel terminal boxes made out of 1.2 mm thick to accomodate modular switches & plates including all cutting/chases etc in walls all as specified and directed for :- (a) One light point /Ex Fan point controlled by one switch.

M & L for Earthing complete withCopper plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to copper strip 25 x 3mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified. NOTE: (i) The unit rate includes earth wire and protection pipe up to (maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate) earth point/test point.

Material & labour for fixing of Earth continuity conductor copper strip 20x3mm with porcelin /epoxy insulator and fixing screws etc for down conductor etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground ,with nut bolts at joints , fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles,equipments or any other indicated situation , Coper strip fixed on with epoxy insulator of suitable size including taking down old Aluminium strip all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for G.I. tubing medium grade of size 40mm bore for lightening protection with proper welding on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extention of exsisting Lightening arrester poles with 40 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade by cutting pipes ,threading , fixing socket of suitable size and extending required height (1.2 mtr extra to exsisting height), removing supports and refixing after extention of pipe Complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - charge asper site requirement. (NOTE:- All material required for extension of height including GI Pipe of 40 mm dia deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.)

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphourus bronze size 75 x 75 x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw in repairs all as specified.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
