Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of precast cement concrete articles as in road side kerb stones built in cement mortar, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- This item shall be applicable in existing road to be provided with SDAC.

Labour only (except material) for forming road side berms of 150mm spread thickness with available approved soil/moorum obtained from within MD land as directed by GE; spread, levelled, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Approved soil/moorum shall be obtained from within MD land as directed by GE. 2. No lead charges/cartage charges or charges of whatsoever nature shall be paid on this account.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or Air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10sqm on WBM surfaces etc and providing and laying 30mm consolidated thickness Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder by weight of total mix Rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) In case the binder contents by weight of total mix is less than 5.5% as per actual design mix, the price adjustment shall be made as per average rates of all paid voucher for bitumen pertaining to this work. If the total binder contents as per design mix is more than 5.5%, no price adjustment shall be made for the same. (ii) Job Mix Formula for Semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be obtained from the institutions specified in CA prior to commencement of work and shall be got approved by the GE.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stops lines, dashes, arrows, etc and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo platic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of concrete as in road side kerbs and applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint of approved different tints and pattern (approved by GE) over a coat of primer paints plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick Factory made Machine pressed precast concrete M-35 Grade interlocking paver blocks/tiles coloured with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, paths and pavements etc., over and including 15mm thick cement screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of existing chequered tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling using sand suitable for plasters under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course, sub base of floors, sub course, flooring. pavement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for 100mm thick or thickness of concrete slab/floor/pavement filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filling with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joint 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming omplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solar Cat Eye reflective type of metal body alloy of of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA striplens reflector of Model DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S&F metal tubular Dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in block of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of size (150mmx150mmx300mm) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double Legged Informatory Sign Board of size 1.00mx1.50m (Appx 1.5 Sqm) fixed on single frame, both side and meeting back to back on the stainless steel 50mm dia and 3.6mm thick round pipe. The boards are of high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON make out of 2mm thick Alcoband sheet/aluminium composite panel sheet confirming to IS 736, colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge, on stainless steel pipe of size 50mm dia and 3.6mm thick round pipe with nut and bolt, The lettering will be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (Avery Dennison) and mechanically fixed on both side board over vertical post of 50mm stainless steel round pipe, 3.6mm thick, 3.2m long having 2 nos flat iron strip of 40x5mm, 0.30m long on bottom and including dismantling of old board and fixed in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in post Holes of size 0.45mx0.45mx0.75m all as specified and directed.

S&F Informatory Sign Board as per existing of approx size 1.00mx1.50m (Appx 1.5 Sqm). The boards should be of high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON make out of 2mm thick Alcoband sheet/aluminium composite panel sheet confirming to IS 736, colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge, The lettering will be computerised cut of high Intensity grade while sheeting (Avery Dennison) and mechanically fixed on board both side including fixing with nut and bolt on the stainless steel frame including dismantling of old board complete all as specified and directed.
