Provision of cutting of the existing loose ,damaged and worn out concrete surface,in a geometrical shape,The edge of the chipped out portion to be given a vertical / acute angled cut of at least 50mm depth. Removal of debris.Cleaning the surface thoroughly with air jet. to make it free from loose and dust particles. The depth of the concrete should be kept at around 50mm. Priming the cleaned surface with a polyurethane primer(like DURAPRIME or equivalent) to act as a bond coat for further rendering .providing and applying a self levelling, elastomeric, pure aliphatic polyurethane based repair concrete, usable within two hours (like FLOORCRETE or equivalent), to a neat good finish, as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge, The rate is inclusive of DG set, Water tankers, Hosses Electric cables, working at night shift for maximum six to seven hours, all lighting arrangements, labour, machineries tools and other miscellaneous complete in all respects.
