Excavation in trenches for Taking out / Laying HT/LT U/G Cable in any type of hard/ dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 2 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ISI marked)

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing straight through cable heat shrinkable jointing kit for 1100 Volt LT cable including connection at site requirement as specified and directed of cable size 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Densons or equivalent make approved by GE.

Description all as per srl item No 6 here-in-before but of size 185 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Dismantling/Opening of complete 1000KVA voltage stabilizer servo controlled, drain out the transformer oil and taking out the core assembly out of the body. dehydrate and filtration of transformer oil (4200 ltrs) for attaining the dielectric strength minimum 40KV. Cleaning the core of voltage stabilizer, Servicing and replacement the following unserviceable minor parts and reassemble the core, refill the filtered and dehydrated transformer oil including connection making and testing on connected load to confirm the requisite satisfactory results all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Unit rate is inclusive of replacement of all the minor parts. (ii) Service of Voltage stablizer done by company /authorized rep (iii) Contractor fully reponsible for arrangement for company rep. (iv) Contractor shall make arrangement for required T&P.
