M&L for 20mm thick sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Post Construction ATT of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 35 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of plaster / unsound weak and cracked concrete / cover of reinforcement of RCC member like slab, beam, column, chhaja etc or as per site requirement by standard power driven percussion type or pneumatic chisel including tapering all edges, making square shoulder of cavities etc and disposal of debris / malwa from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hours and form corrosion resistant, insoluable and adherant protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for corrosion inhibiting impregnation coating, designed for use as an imregnation for protection of steel reinforcement within unexposed concrete with in consumption of 0.5 Kg/Sqm. The product should be amino alcohol and inorganic combination based migratroy corrosion inhibitor for both cathodic and anodic protection complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc / Thermax / Sika or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for rebar corrosion protection system complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc / Thermax / Sika or equivalent as approved by GE.
