Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @20% in respect of soil and 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements 2) The earth shall be dammed well inside the damping yard not over approach pathway road. Lead charges for lead Exceeding 50m but not exceeding 3Kilometer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and dirctored including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the form work will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .

Providing and laying cast -insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete M20 grade with 320 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately ) all as per specification all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related work by the Contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the bases of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mention below for relevant grade of concrete any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of the cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and construction Random Rubble Masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bound stones at 2.00 meters apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required ,ranking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc.., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts .

Providing plastering to the internal surface of brickwork/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surface with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves where ever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevation and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone over the bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including packing scoffloding, curing providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specifications & drawings and as directed by Engineering-In-charge.

Providing F3 Finishing over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part of cement : 1.5 part of fine sand ) including wetting the surface, labour, curing, all material, scaffolding, at all elevation complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all level with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlin etc. using MS hollow/circular/square/rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ Zinc chromate primer of approved colour and make and 2 coat of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the EIC. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concealed system profile corrugated /semi corrugated / plain zincalume sheets of 55 MPa yield stress (AS 1397- Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumin steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40 micron Zinc coated / minimum 25 micron Zinc- Tin alloy coated. Note:The rate is inclusive of scaffolding and all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I Chainlink fencing conforming to IS2721 of required width in mesh size 50x50mm made of GI wire 3.15mm diameter including strengthening with top and bottom line wire 4mm diameter ( 4mm diametre line wire at top, bottom & middle to be provided incase fencing height exceeds 2m) cutting of chain link & wires to required length, spreading, fixing & biding chain link to fencing post with 18 gauge binding wire including cost of GI bolts and washers and wire, removing the existing damaged GI chainlink fencing and stacking the place shown by the engineer etc., complete in all respects all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
