Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical specification clause 301.4

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50 m , transporting to site , spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification clause 301.50

Construction of embankment with approved material Deposited at site from roadway Cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of tables 300.1 & 300.2 ( Gravel Shoulder )

Providing , Laying , Spreading and Compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Meachanical mixer ( Pug mill),Carriage of mixed material by tipper to site . Laying in uniform layers in sub - base course on a well prepared sub - base and compacting with smoth wheel roller of 80 to 100kn weight to achieve the desired densiy including lighting , barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per tables

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mecahnical means as per Technical specification clause 502.

Providing and applying primer coat withcationic bitumen emulsion(water based)modified with nanotechnology based penetrative reactive water soluble organosilane material(forming water clear solution) at the rate of 1.35kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification For new Technology(zydex)Over Base

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface teated with primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

20mm thick open -graded Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of open- graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capapcity , finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or B or Type C as per Technical specification clause 508.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification( mS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contractor.
