Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level - cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement (sqm 193.00) : 4 fine sand).

Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m from ground level for every additional height of 3 m or part thereof.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - old work (one or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering , including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and laying damp - proof course (sqm 267.72) 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size)

Taking out existing wooden door shutter , (sqm 109.45) repair by cutting , painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames , including replacement of hinges with screws etc. as require all complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue - gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo - posts of 4m over all length (3.0m height + 0.5 m projection + 0.5 into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m and the spacing of posts with 0.5 m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1 m run (Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3 m and length of 1 m) .

Extra for Providing two legged scaffolding for every additional height of 2.5 m (Rate for scaffolding for a height of 3 m and length of 1m).

Providing and fixing netlon mesh.

Acid cleaning for the existing Mosaic floors , glazed tiles work and removing the stains and decays to give a glassy look etc. complete (The Acid used shall be 32% concentrated hydrochloric acid after taking on the precautionary measures).
