DANNEXURE I: WORK
Check survey
Excavation of earth for 02 No. C+5 type tower as per profile and specification @196.83x2 M³ each tower.
Shifting and loading of 02 Nos. C+5 type stub at EFU Naini. Transportation of the same from Naini to Gajokhar substation. Unloading and shifting the same at Gajokhar substation.
Shorting of 02 Nos. C+5 type tower part mark wise including stub & templates at 220KV substation Gajokhar shifting of the same from stacking place to loading point and loading on private vehicle. Transportation from Gajokhar to Village Phoolpur, unloading at site.
Stub setting including for 2 Nos. C+5 type tower.
Concreting in ratio 1:2:4 for 02 Nos. C+5 type Tower @ 45 M³/Tower.
Reinforcement of steel bar as per specification for 132KV DC tower including cost of material.
A) De-stringing of 3x0.77 Km ACSR panther conductor between loc. No. 120(SB+0) to 122(SA+0) and between 16(B+0) to 120(SB+0) safely and making role of the conductor and then carrying them safely to store and stacking properly.
B) De-stringing of Earth wire 1x0.77 Km between loc. No. 120(SB+0) to 122(SA+0) and between 16(B+0) to 120(SB+0) safely and making role of the earth wire and then carrying them safely to store and stacking properly.
Dismantling of 01 No. SA+0 type tower at loc. No. 122(SA+0) type tower by way of breaking tack welding and safely removing lattices structure and carrying the dismantled tower part from site to UPPTCL store including scrap nut and bolt & stacking properly.
Erection of 02 Nos.C+5 type tower on pre casted foundation
Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of ACSR Panther conductor 3X0.77 Km.
Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of earth wire 7/10 SWG.
Pipe earthing
Tack welding up to two sections on newly erected tower.
Shifting, loading of dismantled parts of 01 nos. tower at site and transportation of same from Village-Phoolpur to 220 KV Substation Gajokhar.
Grounding work including earth work etc. for Pipe earthing/ grounding including cast of choke and salt.
