PART - A Construction of Box Culvert Work

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. & lead upto 30 m. Including filling watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (Excluding Royality). SOR SNO- 251

Providing & laying filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregate satisfying the requirement laid down in cluase 2504.2 of MoRTH Specification to a thicness of not less then 600mm with smaller size.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed and placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curring for 14 daya

RCC M 15 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical Specification

RCC M 25 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical Specification

RCC M30 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical Specification

RCC M30 Providing concrete for plain/reinfored in Sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification

RCC M35 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete for wearing coat including HYSD bar complete as per drawing and technical Specification

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforment in foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1002, 1010 and 1202

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/Stone masonary, Plain/reinforce concrete abutment wing wall returen wall with 100mm dia Ac pipe extanding through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) toword drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing & technical Specification

PART -C Approach Road

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20") in depth and earth work in jembankment to be in 20cm (80") layers, including mming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m (5") lift and 30m (100") lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100") distance as directed by the E/I

Providing, laying and spreading materials on a prepered sub base, cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavetor and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Providing, laying and spreading materials on a prepered sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavetor and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg / sqm using mechanical means. As per technical specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (VG-10)using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Techincal Specification clause 508

Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Road Marking Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

PART - D Protection Work

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying Filter material(GSB) underneath pitching in slope as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1302

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe embankment complete as per drawing and technical specification .

Providing and laying Boulder apron foir bed protection with stone boulder of minimum size and weight as per table 1300.1, no fragment weighting less than 25kg laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301
