Water proofing treatment to floor & vertical surfaces of sunken portion complete comprising the following: - (a) After demolition of floor & lime concrete etc. remove all loose particles along with existing water proofing treatment (any no. of layers) with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water. (b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square metre duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/ Sq. m and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sq. m),(e) M&L for PCC 1:7 :12 for fillin of sunken portion after conceling all menbrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Powder coated Aluminium windows/vents complete all as specified in particular specification and as shown on drawings for various sizes and pattern with following powder coated aluminium sections :- Notes:- A. The rates quoted for powder coated aluminium sections shall be deemed to include the following:- (i) The aluminium section and fittings shall be Pure polyster powder coated of thickness not less than 50 microns. (ii) Rubber gasket for fixing glass to windows/vent shutters. (iii) Fixing of window in openings with and including min 75x10 GI screws all around @ 300C/C (Min 2 Nos on one side) with PVC RAWL PLUGS/Sleeves. (iv) Rollers, concealed lock cum handle & other fittings for sliding shutters shall be provided as per manufactures instructions and approved by GE. (v) Silicone sealant shall be applied on internal as well as external periphery of window and masonry joint to avoid water seepage. (vi) All other sundries all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. B. The rates quoted for powder coated sections shall exclude the cost following and shall be paid seerately under respective items of Sch`A'/BOQ:- (i) Glass and wire mesh (ii) 40x40x3 aluminum angle provided on all corners of the windows. (c) Aluminum-U-channel shall be provided for fixing of wire mesh. (d) Powder coated aluminium handles and hinges for fixing of openable shutters C. OTHER (i) No allowance for wastage/overlaps shall be considered for payment. (ii) Range of dimension of opening size has been mentioned. The same shall be fixed as per measurements of opening of windows as per site requirement by the GE/EIC during execution of work. (iii) Powder coated aluminium section shall be provided all as shown on drawings and as directed.
