Racking the Block Joint/ Expansion Joint of size 50 mm wide upto a depth of 50 mm in side the gallery to remove the deteriorated existing system and thoroughly cleaning the surface of the joint to remove all the loose particles by using Air blower & Water jet and sealed by inserting compressible hydrophilic backup material which fits into the groove completely and filling the joint by Polyurethane Sealant followed by fixing of EPDM membrand and Aluminium strip of required size with the help of fasteners to protect the treatment.

Providing & filling sunken floors with Broken Autoclaved Aerated Cement Blocks (AAC Light Weight Bricks) well compacted and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost of all labour, cost of sand, royalty, loading, unloading, transpor­tation, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as diected by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding of GST.

Providing and applying "Concrete Waterproofing & Durability Enhancement by Crystallization" to be supported by at least two International Test reports showing clear Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) photographs of densified and mature crystals formation to plug all the capillary tracks and pores of the concrete permanently and Permeability test as per IS 2720 conducted by CBRI the concrete Should not absorbed water more than 1.5 gms and not more than 1 mm from the concrete surface. The product to be listed in ICC-ES EVALUATION REPORT INDEX January 2009, 2010 and 2011. The treatment to be carried out on the concrete surfaces including cleaning all RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's specification/ datasheet. The application to be carried out with brush in one coat of 0.80 kg per coat.

GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.including all materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Fabrication, Erection and Fixing of GEENLAM/CENTURY Brand or Clades of standard dimension of 1300mm x 3050 of thickness 6mm for fixing used Al. sub structure is made up of Aluminum box sections of 50 x 25 x1.5mm of the section size 50 x 25 x 1.5 mm will be using the vertical joint of the two panels .As per the standard procedures in riveting system Spacing of two verticals should always be maintained at 450 mm. Aluminum/ms brackets are of two types .Wind load brackets and dead load brackets of size 85 x 50 x5mm the and to be placed in 1500 mm intervals in vertical .wind load brackets will have vertical slot and dead load brackets will have horizontal slots .Thermal separators to be placed between Aluminum brackets and concrete structure. Bimetallic separators to be placed between AL, sub structure and Aluminum brackets, Brackets fixing with nylon fasteners or self-tapping bolts, Aluminum grid frame fixing in between brackets by ss nut and bolts. After framing done the panels fixing started with maintaining 6mm horizontal and vertical gaps between one panels to another, For fixing of panels done by riveting .Rivet distance maintain horizontally 300 mm and vertically 300 mm maximum .First drill hole of the panel for rivet should be maintain 40mm from top and 20mm from side.for proper ventilation providing 20mm gap on top and bottom of the façade for maintaining air circulation including all materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless Toughened Glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, both side decorative Silicon Romantic Veneer conforming including flush doorto IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with :all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . Providing,fitting and fixing the black out roller blinds for all window and partitions of approved make and shade and inclusive of all cost of labour,materials as per thedetail design & specification. .as per the detail design approved by eic / architect .
