Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness by Motar grader, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine. Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Making construction joint in lined concrete surface as per drawing ,including painting with sealing primer and joint filling with sealing compound, including cost of all material ,labour and T and P etc. complete.

Videography/Photography of silt clearance works in before, during and after by DRONE as per requirement including supply of Videography/Photography in Pen Drive and vehicles for movement as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Laying of Rubber Moulded Cement concrete Kerb stone (colour and shape approved by Engineer-in-charge) of size 12'' x16" x 6" (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa) Including 50mm thick local sand base leveling for Kerb stone and required level and slope, filling joint with neat cement and all complete work.etc.

Laying of colour precast Interlocking tiles (colour and shape approved by Engineer-in-charge) of thickness 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa) Including 25mm thick local sand base leveling of Interlocking tiles ,dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.etc.

Providing and fixing of 90cm x 120 cm rectangular retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3 , fixed cover aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing as per specification and direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material labour and T and P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
