DAY TO DAY REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE POINT WIRING LIGHT FITTINGS MCB DB AND OTHER ALLIED WORK AT CHANGSARI UNDER GE RANGIA

Taking down carefully copper/alumunium point wiring for light, fan, bell, socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendents regulators, sockets, light fittings etc, removing materials from site and making good distrubed surface of wall, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm size (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable drawn into and incl concealed (on wall only) PVC conduit (medium grade) with fittings of adequate dia and length with all accessories and fittings like bends, elbow, crosses, etc. with PVC round block and modular metal flush boxes of suitable size for mounting fittings like; switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc. incl 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly for one light/ fan/ exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push including taking down the existing old unserviceable wiring connection with casing-capping/ conduit/ batten and switch board of any description with and including making good the disturbed surfaces (as/if requred), complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 2 here-in-above, but for one socke point 5/6 amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring for one socket point controlled by one switch with 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi-strained copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS - 694 drawn into and including PVC casing conduit (concealed on wall and surface on ceiling) of suitable size with all accessories fixed on wall / ceiling and terminating in and including Modular/Flush box and 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light /fan point with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded as per IS-694, controlled by one way switch, drawn with PVC casing/caping with all accessorie and Modular/Flush box of suitable size including 1.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor cable (green colour) PVC insulated and unsheathed for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly for the followings:- for one light/fan point controlled by one switch

All as per Item No. 06 here-in-above, but for one socke point 5/6 amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
