M&L for complete removal through mechanical scraper machine of existing any type of treatment of wall and applying two coats of JK Birla wall care putty and rubbing of wall through sand paper to receive smooth finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or coloured by auto roller works between roller including removal of nails etc and grinding where necessary, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Work will be strictly executed by mechinised means/ tools as required for smart periodical services

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on RCC ceiling, roof projction etc including of repairing of broken portion up to 6m height and surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement height upto 10 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.
