Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (Fiber, pulp, insulation, blankets) any thickness including covered fillets and supporting members, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling framed wooden fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, grids for ceiling & wall panelling etc under 40 Sq cm in section unframed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 6mm (5 ply) thick veneered decorative (Knoty Pine) plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall complete all as specifIed and as directed.

M&L 6mm (5 ply) thick veneered decorative (Knoty Pine) plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on one face, fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board medium interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorated choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall panelling, shelves/boarding complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as item Ser No 5 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood clean sawn as in battens for grids of ceiling & lining fixed with nails exc 13 sqcm and n exc 25 sqcm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood clean sawn as in beeding for edges of ceiling, lining or wooden flooring work fixed with nails exc 6 sqcm and n exc 13 sqcm in section complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for covered fillets of standard hard board not less than 6mm thick and up to 40 mm wide and fixing with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L French polishing on wood or wood based surface of any width or girth or any description, including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler of new surface with two or more coats compelte all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on wall to make PVC frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15-20 mm thick wooden battens of 100mm wide fixed each other with male and female grooves fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wall panelling, shelves/boarding complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as item Ser No 15 above but on ceiling complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling boarding/wooden flooring of any description, fixed in any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for hard wood 2nd class factory made wooden boarded floors 10 mm thick and skirtings planed one side & edges tonged and grooved or rebated, including backing with thermocol sheets, over 6 micron polythylene sheeting over the concrete to minimize moisture migration from the concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605 mm, frame work of false ceiling including hangers 6mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing and fixing Gypsum board 12mm thick and 600x600 mm in size in ceiling fixed with screw or with staples on snap grid as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing and fixing Gypsum board 6mm thick and 600x600 mm in size in ceiling fixed with screw or with staples on snap grid as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 50 mm thick glass wool fixed with gum/adhesive and fitted alongwith wall paneling board for resistance of heat as per specification and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing demolished material out of Military Station, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in vertical surfaces for receiving tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles of size (350 x 250mm) x 7mm/450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick, as on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement as in dado, skirting etc to match with the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Non -skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L vetrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (double charged) square/rectangular polished area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointd in whit e or coloured cement to match the colours of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite stone (any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match ths shade of granite including cutting, etc and screed bed with CM (1:4) 20mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut Kota Stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid and jonted with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
