Construction of CC Road and RCC Drain at Subdivision A-9, Plot no-D-25 to D-27, Plot No. D-28 to D-32 at I.A. Meerut Road Site-3 Distt- Ghaziabad.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 meters (DSR-21/16.1)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-1 (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/L DLC as per MORTH Specification 601 C item no 21.18 150 Kg cement/cum of concrete, coarse sand as per IS 383 0.45 cum/cum of concrete and Crushed stone coarse aggregate of 25 mm and 12.5 mm nominal sizes as per table 600.19 cum/cum of concrete conforming to clause 602.2.6 direction of engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, pavement quality concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type, M 40 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 150 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural soucres

S/F M.S. (tor steel or plain) in plain work such as R.C.C or R.B work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel & wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured etc complete. as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc required for completion of work.

Providing and laying 100 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M50 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge
